It's a great camera since you can set to record and it will stay recording for hours. I use it with a wall USB plug so there is no worries on battery life. As already reported I visited Santo Domingo last weekend and my stay was at Hotel Riazor. $70 with breakfast. In room wifi worked ok. I bought a smartphone on Amazon, an unblocked Samsung J1 for $59 but I never used it. My iphone with T-Mobile worked great all around the city with LTE and sometimes 3 G connectivity. My cab driver Ariel picked me at the airport, I got an early check in at 11:45 am. My room was at top level floor 6, they were perfectly nice, clean and functional. The room has sea view thru a small window. Air conditioner was perfect, coldest ever in my life. I had my lunch at Villar Hermanos, also I bought water, drinks and bakery goods for the room. I went to the money exchange house in Dr. Delgado street in front of Pizza Hut but was not seduced by the 47 pesos per follar rate. I went to the small plaza were Pizza Hut is and walked around. On a corner there is a hair style salon with the name of El Cisne. I just walked around and the guy inside was with a client but went outside to invite me to take a massage with a pretty girl. I do not ask but it is for sure a place with happy endings. It is just two blocks north of Hostal San Francisco de Asis on Pasteur. If someone chave more info please share.
