The girl stopped the motoconcho and went to these guys and demanded to see and erase the photos or she would call the police. And she meant it. I don't know the law in DR, but in my country you can take photos of anyone in the street, but taking photos with a hidden camera, even if it is your place, means prison. The Dominican police would love to shake you down, even if it was legal (don't know). Then there are the cousins and boyfriends, who can get physical.

He rented a car and had some chick driving. The police pulled them over and the chick did not have a license and they got shaken down. I was like a deer in headlights. No way you can talk about how corrupt the cops are when you get caught doing something you are not supposed to be doing. The reason I can get off when they try their BS is because I know and they know that I have not done anything. But if you get caught dirty then you lose the right to complain.

In Sosua, as I recall, it is theoretically illegal to make street video recordings because it is close to a Dominincan Air Force base at LOS Cangrejos, and therefore an area of military sensitivity. Go figure. Whether anything similar is in effect in Santo Domingo, I don't know. Anyway, regarding of actual legalities, it is pretty difficult to explain yourself taking photographs of sex with hidden cameras with intent to publish if you were confronted by a law enforcement agency, regardless of where in the world it occurred.

I almost dropped my computer when I read the bit about the guy letting an unlicensed Dominican girl drive his rental car. She must be incredibly good in bed to get the guy that confused. Doing that is borderline suicidal. I feel the same way about riding around on motoconchos, with or without girls in tow. It's incredibly dangerous. Has anyone had problems bringing multiple chicas into AIRBNB in Sto Domingo? I can't book a suite at the Palacio where I usually stay (I have stayed there at least 30 times in my life). I have at least 4 girls lined up for 3 days (and that number is likely to double). I hate dealing with security types who look at the cedulas like they are all fraudulently manufactured (Palacio is pretty cool, unless the chica has no cedula. She could be 30 years old, have an American driving license and they will give her a hard time as long as she is DOminican. This actually happened to me with my old 36 dd-24-36 GF from the states before she saw the light and married a green card, LOL).

I caught on right away and didn't make any effort to move it back as that would have confirmed it as a camera although it was playing music which is omni-directional. I do believe the chicas are more alert for these cameras as they like to adjust the lights way down if you let them. Of course the alternative is to play during the day as the ambient light levels are high enough even for a cheap ebay camera.

Trust me, for this one's skills you could have used a still camera.

There are probably places where there is no specific statute that addresses the matter, but what I am saying is that if there is a dispute with a chica and law enforcement gets dragged into it, you cannot expect anyone to be showing a lot of sympathy for the guy with the hidden camera, so on that basis it is high risk behavior even if you judge that the probability of running into trouble is low.
