Your description of FKKs being old peoples homes made me laugh out loud. You are quite right.
With entrance fees getting lower and lower due to heavy competition it is true. Unfortunately. Instead of a place with humming sexual vibes, pretty girls and Horny Harry's who want to fuck 2, 3 or 4 girls some clubs transformed to senior citizens homes or spas with a high percentage of male guests just showing up to eat, talk, relax, block and touch some girls for free. Rom in Altmünster is down to 12,50€ including F&be, that's cheaper than cooking at home. So from 12 until 8 pm the average guest ist about 60 years old, from 8 pm you feel like in Istanbul.
Sharks with cheap Wednesdays and Sundays or World with cheap Wednesdays, lottery and specials before 1 pm are getting there as well.
Globe: hardware is nothing special, same level as Oase, rooms worse and overall dirtier. Line up is ok, maybe in average better than one of the big Hessen clubs, but not in overall numbers of pretty girls. Service is better at a higher price, more than double the German rate.

Seriously, paying discount entry at Oase or the multi entry card entries at Oase and Sharks means the cost to house old folks is cheaper than using the special care homes between the hours of 10am to 5am the next day at Oase and even 11am to 5am at Sharks. Ok these hours are the same for each day of the week but is a long time where care is provided to customers. Old folks care homes cannot compete with such prices.
I would indeed like to retire to an Old People's home like this, although perhaps Oase is better with it's relax room.
Only problem is the issue of closing time till opening time. Clubs should have a cheap dormitory with camp stretcher beds for customers to use between closing and opening time, not too expensive. Ear plugs would be essential. Then we could stay in the club for a whole week and not go anywhere.
Siri would have alternative from sleep in his igloo car. It's okay for guys not the tallest maybe.

You could share a camper with some other retired mongers.

Installation of an elevator would help. But then of course, that would probably drive up the entry fee in order to pay for the construction.

Plenty of old ugly guys at an FKK. You have to develop your ability to focus on a few gorgeous girls, and almost fail to notice all the rest as far as possible.
Concentrate, focus! The beautiful girls. That is what it is all about. A fat ugly guy is not so interesting or bothersome. I think the more experienced you get in FKK, the more you learn to tolerate things not perfect and ignore lots of stuff.
Yes that's good advice and now the nice weather is arriving, I'll just relax outside, close my eyes while recharging the pods between sessions.

Igloo car facilities
You could share a camper with some other retired mongers.
HB.
There are guys already doing this. Sometimes you see camper vans parked in the FKK car park. Then at opening time you see men come out of the camper van to go into the club to wash up.
Camper van may be one step up from Siri's igloo car since at least camper van has a dedicated place for one to go for a shit or pass water in the middle of the night.
With entrance fees getting lower and lower due to heavy competition it is true.
One club in NRW even had temporary free entry in happy hour after their club opening, if my memory serves me right.
And many other clubs in NRW, with constant low entries between 20-40, also provide foods and facilities that is on par with Hesse big 5.
There's no other spas or wellness centers in this world that provide all-you-can-eat foods and all-you-can-use facilities and still costs less than 20 Euros.
German clubs with unlimited food and facilities, and with entries lower than 20, are world miracles.
So, I can somehow relate to the older retired guys, who get in the clubs without taking any girls, just eat, drink, use sauna, relax all day.
I may do the exact same thing if I'm old, retired, not eager to fuck girls anymore, and rely on a constant pension.
Hopefully, taking advantage of the low entry without taking any girls will not be seen as exploiting the club.

In four door cars, the rear seats fold down, sometimes to the point where the body can lay completely flat. Lower half of body is in the car's storage space. Some sleep at rest area with WC.
It makes sense if you are committing to spending about 18 hours in a single club. Or do multiple clubs per day.
That's the case, cheaper options draws the higher age local clients or Turkish, and their attendance depends on which hrs. And more competition, and to pull in clients means they have to take measures, foods, discount specials etc.
At the NRW, depending on day or night time, clientele change. I recall the entry special occurs at 8 pm on-wards in Shalom back in the days, and the vibe changes to a discotik. F39 was mainly a daytime club with older clientele. RTCs probably have clients on the older side as well.
Aca, you see more Germans during the day and Turkish at night.
GT is more of a daytime club, so the avg age is high as well. What do you expect from guys that shows during the day during a work week?
If there is a discount special at night, and the club opens fairly late, chances are the night time clientele will fill with Turkish.
Some clubs at the NRW, their business depends on the Turkish clients by offering low entry, and it shows there is a high market for them in certain parts. Just not the market for a bulk of then to pay high entry prices.
It's like the Turkish are out for a discotik time as they attend during the night. Most Turkish clubs have a bit of an atmosphere, loud music, etc.
All of this makes sense as avg age of Turkish clientele will be lower, and generally, German locals are on the avg older.
Chances are, local clients are not there to do multitude of rooms. More distanced guys are most likely.

The downtime is not just closing time to opening time. Guys assume that they can do this day after day, 365 days a year? Even the most hardcore monger could never keep up. Do it non-stop for a just one year, may be two tops, and a naked girl looks as exciting as my old wicker chair, LOL. (God, I hope I never get that jaded).
One girl I was talking to said she hates the clubs because she is in there so much, and all the smoke, lack of sunlight (even with the garden right next) etc is making her skin age at 3 times normal rate. And she is a smoker!
If I lived in Germany alone and in retirement, I could visit the club every third or fourth day at best on an ongoing, long term basis. Meaning for several years. More frequent than that, I will get sick of the place, perhaps even literally.
-
I don't think it's the lack of sun making her age quicker.
