D'Heaven is a new name. I had not seen this name mentioned in earlier reports.

It can be incredibly uncomfortable due to heat, humidity and pollution. Sidewalks can be ankle breakers and are often shared with homicidal motorbikes. Most places that have girls during the day are not the types of bars that you would casually relax in, having a few coldies while surveying the options. The hotels attached to CJs and BATS are very nice so may be an option if you are happy to pay their room rates. BLOK M is a shadow of itself and doesn't get active til very late.

The only way to stay out of the traffic is to operate well out of business hours. During daylight hours it's pretty constantly heavy.

Have you considered mall or online hunting rather than bars? A bit more hit and miss but it opens up your daytime options.

Q2. Have had success with Wechat in KL so was looking at staying at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada Hotel. Is this fairly central for wechat hook ups. I believe close to Lok Square and area s where possible FL can be found.

I've never stayed at the Novotel but it's in a good area for hook ups, FLs and Malls. The girls also know where it is and find it easily if they are coming to you.
