I was working on a sweet new gf. So nice, but I'm not going to post her just yet. I decided to fly in a few nights early to get some practice strokes in before concentrating on my new 18 year old.

First night, I met up with a long time chat friend from Candy bar. She's super sweet and very petite. She came over on her day off to meet with me. We met at lunch time and departed the following morning. I slipped some cash into her bag as she left thought she never asked for anything.

Second night, I was hungry for something new and different. Went into what used to be the blue Nile. Struck up a good conversation with one of the bar maids. She kept trying to offer this sexy Samar friend of here. I eventually said yes to both. The Samar girl was fantastic in the sack, the one on the right. The bar maid just slept with us as we banged the night away. I don't know her gig but she was very reluctant to join in the fun. Perhaps that's why she's a bar maid.

I just love AC. Beats the hell out of Thailand.

For some reason Indian generic drugs are not available in Phi. Easily available in Cambodia and Thailand. I do not trust any of the pills sold by vendors although it is packaged nicely.

Real Indian generic viagra are definitely very good produced by reputable Indian drug companies. I have bought in Cambodia and they are not fake available in all pharmacies cheap.

Was talking to several girls and mamasans, many are concerned about friends and family in Leyte and Samar, but business as usual in the bars. Was also told to expect an uptick in the talent / numbers as many new girls will be coming to AC (and Cebu) as a result of the typhoon.

But, the personeel turn over so quickly in AC that January 2014 might be great!

No complaints of service, I treat the woman kindly and am generous so they generally return the favor. IMHO Its hard to find a sweeter girl than a Pinay for some GFE, but strictly based on looks I prefer Thai.

RE: Boracay, I speak with little or no authority on Boracay as I have only visited one time. HOWEVER, I regret NOT taking one of my AC honeys with me to Boracay falsely believing I could find something as good or better in Boracay big mistake.

Although there was a small selection of woman at some of the bars like Hey Jude etc. And a few offering "special massage" on White beach station4 area, quality was far below even AC. Tickets are so cheap to Boracay, next time I would just bring my AC girl.

I prefer to think I misunderstood something in my communications with my urologist as opposed to his being misinformed.

Online sources not apparently hosted by specific manufacturers report that effects from viagra last for about four hours, levitra and staxyn (approximately same medication as levitra in a different delivery form) last up to five or six hours, stendra (approved by FDA about a year ago) lasts up to six hours, and cialis may last up to 24 to 36 hours. All kick in after 15 minutes, give or take a few minutes. For me levitra seems to kick in at about 20 minutes, since I get a very brief headache then, which disappears within about two minutes.

I can only guess why my doctor recommended levitra: maybe they have given him more free samples, some of which he has passed on to me.

These same online sources report that sildenafil is the active ingredient in Andros, and that is the active ingredient in viagra. It is available in 25, 50, and 100 mg. tabs. Anybody have recommendations on dosage?

Nowadays, I usually get lengthy printouts every time I pickup my medications from the Pharmacy. Yes, ALL ED drugs should not be mixed with other nitrates etc and use caution while taking them. Plus, do read what it says on the packaging. I have know of people dying and others having a long term erection that they had to be taken to the hospital. These drugs cannot be abused.
