What can work however is something Syz proposed. Attach a real men's dorm to the club. I prefer a higher end facility and not a simple dorm. If the dorm is too basic and low end, you could not live there also long term, but if the living facilities are sufficiently high end, you could make it your permanent place. A nice room + cafeteria, some recreational things in the common lounges, a small movie screening room, and a large FKK club attached. The club already has the pool and gardens. You could pop into the club whenever you want. Very similar to a retirement communities built on golf courses in the US, with the club replacing golf here. Could rent the room at ~2 or 3 thousand a month, with an additional fee for the dining plan, and FKK entry included.

The median German man has an age of 45.7 years and the median Turk man has a median age of 30.1 years.

As for German women the median age is 47.9 years. This may explain why many writers complain that the German women always seem older.

This statistic implies that the general view that FKKs have an older German clientele makes sense and that there must be more provision for the elderly in Germany. If anything there is a social policy that FKK are promoted and not obstructed in providing senior citizens homes for old, fat and grey haired German men.

Anyone know if this girl is still at Sharks? Saw her last October at Oase and she then moved to Sharks. Long Sandy Blonde hair past mid back, small perky be's and wears glasses. Some freckles on her face if memory serves me.

The men's rented rooms have shower facilities and is more quiet and presumably more private.

This is better on party nights in the club when the club is packed with men like New Years Eve or other such events.

Because you can leave the club and return I often take a couple of hours in the hotel to check my correspondence and do some work between the rooms. I don't think guests room in the club would be more affordable than Contel. Sometimes I stay overnight in hotel room in Harem (Padeborn). I pay 80 Euros per night. This does not include club fee. I don't see any reason why hypothetical guest rooms in Sharks could be cheaper than in Harem.

What Sharks' management really have to do is to install air-conditioners in all rooms. Climate changing. Last two summers in Hesse were too hot.

I never came to speak with Tatiana, even smiling and looks friendly, but too teeny look for me. I prefer women.

Sharks should do what World does and rent out 4-5 of the standard rooms after they close in the morning for customers to sleep in. They would of course have to charge very considerably less than Contel.
