Back in town briefly and had a few beers with friends. Left them at 1:30 and decided to check out Jules on the off chance my regular girl was there. However, I'm a little disappointed with your response. I have contributed 3 FRs on MPs in the last few months and this is the first question I have asked. A point in the right direction of a decent MP in Burjuman SO THAT I CAN WRITE ANOTHER REPORT. I am well aware this forum is very much about mutual giving and receiving, and I am fully in support of that; having given 3 detailed, decent reports and asked nothing since signing up, a quick question from me surely deserves a better response.

For safety concern regarding HIV status, I think, you should rely on their national statistics. It is most prevalent in Sub Saharan Africa. Please do consider that there is 1. 6. To 2. 5% risk of rubber malfunctioning. Appropriate use of water base lubricant is strongly recommended.
You don't see many reports because quality is generally low and that is reflected in the price. Please note that I am not commenting on one stunner. Standing long hours in hot and damp weather cause some hygiene issues as well.

'New Dubai' is considered to be everything after Defence roundabout. So from the Downtown Area (Burj Khalifa, Business Bay) past MOE, Barsha, TECOM and to Dubai Marina. But when most refer to New Dubai they are talking about everything from MOE onwards to the Marina. In this case Rock Bottom is at the Ramee Rose Hotel in TECOM. There are a number of hotel bars in TECOM and some allow WGs in, but most do not. TECOM and Barsha are sort of the 'blue collar' districts of New Dubai. There are no high-end Buddha Bar-style bars, but lots of sports bars and one or two clubs. The hotels here are a lot cheaper, and most of the guests seem to be business men / engineers / contractors whose companies (understandably) are not going to fork out for a beach hotel. A lot of expats too, Saturdays, the bars are always full with football fans. And some (low-grade) working girls.

So, after getting very little feedback from fellow mongerers on a decent MP in Burjuman area, I decided to take a gamble and pick one at random. I settled on one that markets itself as a wellness centre, rather than MP, but the menu seemed the same as always. The establishment is Chinese so that appears to be the only nationality on offer (but don't quote me on this as I was there quite early on a Sat morning; other nationalities may be available at other times, although my masseuse did say 'only Chinese here').
I paid the house fee (130 for 60min oil massage. Very resonable) and was shown to a proper room with a door. There was the traditional massage 'table' inside, as well as a shower and sink. I was given the customary paper shorts and told to change into them.
The masseuse was not bad looking, but nothing special either, and was slightly on the plump side. Her English was so-so but conversation dried up after a while. However, she did inform me during the course of the massage that she was 30 and married (her husband being back in China). Maybe I'm being a little hypocritical or over-sensitive here, but her married status kind of put me off trying to explore the full extent of extras that might be available, and some of the thrill was lost. The massage was relatively good (quite hard, but I like that sometimes) but perhaps there could have been a little more titillation. Towards the end, the usual question was asked and I gave the customary reply. She giggled and said 'You give me extra money' to which I promised to give her a 'good tip'. She then got to work on a functional, but rather forgettable, HJ that eventually achieved its desired effect. I asked if access to assets was permitted during the HJ; she merely patted her posterior and said I could touch that, but refused to allow any 'inside clothing' action or proper touching.
I took a shower at the end and was brought a glass of water as I got dressed (it's only a small thing but is a nice touch when masseuses do this). I paid her 100 tip at which I think she seemed disappointed (although I can't be sure) before walking me to the front desk. On my way in I'd paid 200 and thus required 70 change, but the receptionist hadn't had it at the time. I asked for it on the way out and discovered that my masseuse had been handed it to give me earlier on, but she had 'forgotten about it'. Perhaps I'm being overly-harsh and it was a genuine mistake, but my spidey-sense tells me otherwise.
Anyway, overall verdict:
Venue: 9/10 (I like it when there are proper rooms with doors, and a shower in the room is always a bonus)
Massage: 7/10 (not bad, but nothing special)
Girl: 5/10 (average looking and average level of banter)
Extras: 5/10 (mechanical HJ with no access to assets, but 'size of tip' was left to my discretion)
Damage: 130 + 100 = 230 (pretty reasonable)
Overall: Not a completely wasted experience, but I think there are better places out there. Of course YMMV, and there could be other masseuses there who are diamonds in the rough. The likelihood is that I won't be back to find out unless I happen to actually be in that area. If you're looking for a well-priced massage with a standard happy ending, in a relatively private room, then this could be the place for you though. I really thought the place you discussed was closer to Burj Khalifa. Lacking the ability to drive I must say that I am not so familiar with the area (outside business meetings)
I will explore Marina a little bit more next week, tonight I will probably pop up in Rasky.

I stayed at the Park Regis at Bur Dubai, Opp Spinnes. It is I think a 4 star hotel and seemed very dry for any enjoyment. Their brochure spoke about a Spa and Massage Centre but on enquiry was told that they had discontinued the same.
Hence as advised by Cons68 and Misha Rastov decided to visit an independent MP. Asked for advice from a local contact (friend of a friend) and was taken to an MP in Deira. It was on the main Road diagonally opposite a large glass buidking called ' Deira suites ". The reception was on the ground floor and the massage rooms were upstairs from the reception. I chose a oil massage for 60 min for AED 150- as all girls were supposed to be busy there was a bit of waiting to be done. While waiting I saw some of the girls (all orientals) who came down and the quality was average at the best. My turn came and the girl allotted to me came and beckoned and a series of pleasant surprises started. She was really pretty and so good natured and always smiling. She said she was Thai. Around Downtown Dubai, not so sure, although the bars / clubs in Downtown and the two Address Hotels might be an option. There is also Cavalli Club and Armani Club which also have high-end WGs. Then down SZR towards Trade Centre, there are bars on both sides. Zinc is an option in Crowne Plaza as well as a few sports bars (Harvesters etc) that probably have some. I know Longs Bar used to have some, but have not been there in years.
