Keep walking along the canal until you see a light tan building with white pillar type looking things on the wall on your right hand side (North side of the street). There will be signs that say Honglai Hotel 6 F in Chinese plastered all over the building. It looks pretty upscale and its tough to miss. Its right by the intersection of Hebei 2nd Road and Zili 1st Road. Good luck.

There are also a bunch of legit massage parlors located along Jiuru. If you go east from the train station, there will be a couple every block for several blocks.
