Seeking has some good stuff, but you have to work for it. A ton of flakes, non-responses, and the usual numbers game you'd expect. This also seems to be a bad time, as lots of girls seem to be out of town. Some of the students seem like they won't be returning until late January.

My typical script is a brief exchange on SA, move to WhatsApp, and try to settle on details. If I can get to an actual time agreement, so far success rate is 100% (knock on wood). She is the female and statistically speaking the chances of something happening to her are far greater than what she could do to you.

If you are worried about her stealing something or trashing the place you should just change to a hotel but I sincerely doubt she would do anything. Just go and have fun and don't overthink things.
