Yes, they often are.
In my original post I should have correctly identified the location as Schillerstrasse...there are about 20 bars round there with working girls. Maybe it's a requirement of the Stuttgart local authorities -- premises must be licensed or something.

Was on business in Sindelfingen last week and decided to sample some P4P. After researching the Stuttgart thread I decided to give FA Schiller in Böblingen a try since it was only a 10 minute drive from my hotel. if anybody is planning to go to Stuttgart area, you should visit the FHH-Haus in Fellbach.

Fellbach is a little village next to Stuttgart (15 min cab-ride from the main train station) and the FKK-Haus is placed in the Schaflandstrasse.

Nice club, where the standard can be compared with the "big" clubs in Frankfurt area.

I liked it. Some girls rotate working between Phoneix and this place. The rooms are huge and very clean.
