Just been in Cairo the whole summer and I can agree on all the reports that nightlife in Cairo isn't much worth regarding local girls. Some guys will approach you and present themselves as Tourism Officials, however they only want to sell you a taxi ride, a hotel room and the like. I also asked those guys about getting girls in Cairo.

Same answer: no problem. It didn't seem to be a problem as they are used to handle this kind of tourists as they get a lot of Arabs from the Gulf states that only come to get some sex.
