From the JR Kyobashi station, go right out of the station, then right again toward the 2 small public TVs. At the discount ticket booth, make a left and it will be on the right after you pass the Pachinko place. It's called Kyobashi (in Chinese Characters) Body. It's easy to spot as they have photos European ladies out front.
Just cruis'n through Kyobashi and ran into this place. They only have international ladies from Sweden, Italy, Agentina, to name a few. They have a 4,900 Yen deal for 25 minutes if you go before 5 or 6 PM.
The ladies look like 9-10's in the photos but in the flesh, they drop down a few points. The ladies here only seem to offer covered BJ's but the tiny perk here is that they offer FS for 7,000-10,000.

Maybe is simply a kind of renewal, maybe they broke down, who knows. Anyway, it looks as it is just a temporary close, all pictures and stuff are out there.
Just to explain how to reach there, it is 2-3 min walk from Kyobashi JR station, NORTH exit. Go to the right side (do not go to the left where the main hall is, with all the people is, usually somebody is playing, go the other side where the small roads are...). You will have to choose between three rd, take the one on the right and follow it for about 100 meters (kind of zig-zagging) and take the first left.
Go straight the place is about 200 meters on your right (a little after the pachinko on your left)
I didn't see any TV screens.
If somebody find it open please report.

Last time I was in Japan(tokyo) the service I called charged $3 for FS and the guy spoke good english on the phone. On the web site they charge $ up to 8pm fo 60min and $1.5 from 8pm which sounds cheap. The girls also look not bad. I also want to know if the do FS for an extra fee and if anyone speaks english. Seems like to much trouble to go to other places if this place is good. Any help would be appreciated.

Osaka is not the same as Tokyo, where you can order a gal in English and pay 30,000 expect FS. Here FS is up to the girl, not the shop, and many won't.
That said, I know the foreign girls (Russians etc...) are eager to make an extra 10,000 and will offer FS. Try a place like this:

i went there here's my report.
i called the 06-6311-4335, (third of the list in the home page), in umeda station. a guy answer and told me that as first-timer i had to visit the place and have a membercard first.
to reach the place: get to umeda hankyu station, and search for the huge namco building, on its sides there are two arcade roads, get the one on the right of it, it is called higashi shoutengai, its written in japanese at the entrance of the arcade, look up... its written also in small roman characters just under the japanese.
namco building will be on your left, go through all the arcade, you have to cross a main road, on the other side the arcade continues, go to the end of it.
when you reach the end (no arcade over your head anymore), turn left and 30 meters on your left you will see a small road with a huge love-hotel, the decorations are xstmas-like, you cant miss it.
the place is in the building on the right of this hotel, enter the small hall and you will see the amuse logo as in the home page. you have to enter the hall and peek, from the outside there is no logo anywere.
go to the 5th floor and that's it. (i guess newbies you do not need to call in advance)
the guy was polite showed me 6 pictures, i didn't recognise any of the girl i saw in the h.p., though.
choose a brasilian girl called kandy, in the picture she was 23 and an 8 or so.
charge was 9900 yen plus hotel, they have an agreement with the love hotel nearby, for 2800 yen, plus i had to pay 1000 for member card and 1000 for seeing the pictures, total less than 15.000

I would say the experience is close to the same US price of $150 or so. In the US you get FS, but then they kick you out the dorr usually, so it might be done in 30 minutes. In japan you get the full time, minus about 10-15 for dressing&undressing.
I had one Russian Hotel Health CHick. Went to shop, chose photo, paid about 10,000 for 60min, she comes in about 10 minutes later and we go to a cheap (but nice) love hotel. She was about 5 years older than the pick, but not too bad (28 instead of 23 maybe).
She said 10,000 for FS, but I didn't want to spend 23,000 for a lay with someone who didn't rock my socks off.

We went there with Japanese Partner. This location seems to be serious, arriving there you can see the available girls by photo (Korean and Chinese). According to the photos, they were excellent. Price was 15.000 and in case you take the girl to hotel 19.000 Yen for 1 hour. No bargin or agressive "Come in" attidude by the local staff there. But you can see the girl only if you take it. They do not speak English, our partner translated all and investigated the conditions so I guess that is real. Unfortunately we already spent a lot of money (see photo gallery) so I will check out next month.
