Went to silver over one weekend, got the receiptionist girl, was good looking and all - another girl initially came inside, but I requested for the receiptionist indicating my interest for her. Damage was 30k for FS. Wasn't the best I had but it'll do - her looks makes up for a lot.

Lets give you a directional move

State Department Store is on your right, keep going straight, Narantuul will be on your right. Keep on going straight, you will pass by the turning to the right towards Strings. Ignore that turning. Keep going straight, until you see Crystal Hotel on your right (its pretty hidden) but if you don't see it its ok. Keep going straight until you pass places like UB Palace.

There will be a round-about in front. Make a U-turn at the round about, and you'll be moving towards the city again, right after the round about, check out the row of shophouses on the right, you should see a big "MASSAGE" sign on the ground floor. That's Mercy. It has a glass-wall entering with a down-ward leading staircase.

Amrita is on your right, a big signboard with a chick biting gloves off her hand u will see a traffic light at the end of the road and if u look closely, there is a HUGE signboard somewhere there that says Lady Centre.

Marco Polo - From Irish Pub, make sure its on your left, and in front of you is Sukhbaatar Square, turn left at Irish Pub, so that Irish is still on your left. Keep going straight, you will see a korean restaurant on your left. Keep going straight you will see UB Massage on your left. Straight some more and you will pass the Circus, and Ikh Mongol is hidden somewhere there. Keep going straight and you will see Marco Polo on your left. Its hidden, with a steel "arch-like entrance". If i am not mistaken, if memory serves me well, u will need to pass BrauHaus first before you reach the row of shoplots for Marco Polo.

Strings - Go to the main road, where You are standing in front of State Department Store, and in front of you, there is a BIG tv screen, and further in front you see the circus far away, go towards right. You keep going on the mainroad, and you will see Narantuul Hotel on your left. There is a traffic light at Naraantul. Go straight. The next Traffic Light, Turn right, and go straight (slight uphill) you will see a traffic light with a left turning, just before that traffic light, you will see White House Hotel there. Strings is there.

Please refer to my previous posts for direction on Mercy massage. Silver Sauna is opposite Chinggis Khan Hotel. UB Massage, well read up there. Venus is along the road on the right if you are heading towards Sansar district on the main road. Hop onto a taxi on the main road, say Sansar, and you will be going towards there. Its hidden as usual, ground floor but u can see it brightly litted up at night

Strings.

Did you get to go to Amarita? Doesn't pick up until midnight at Amarita. I think the girls there can be as nice as the ones at Marco Polo. Plus the Restaurant down stairs is also called Marco Polo and has great Itialian food.
As a reminder generally for Strings, the girls to the left are P4P while generally the girls on the right want a good time or boyfriend and will tend to be with other firends. Stay away from the Seoul Night Club, it caters to drunk Koreans who pay lots of $$. Minimum tip expected of the stippers is 5000 MNT. If you tip 1000 MNT the girl takes it out of her garter and crumples it up in front of you and throws it to the ground. Happened to my friend. Fun to watch that though for me :):) Whereas Marco Polo, 1000 MNT still ok. MP is owned by an Italian with his Mongolian Wife and also has a 19 year old Mongolian girlfriend. With the weather getting nice, it can be hit or miss around Lenin's Statue and near outside the UB Hotel. There is a little cigarette stand near the UB Hotel that the P4P hang out when the weather is warm. I have pulled unexpected pretty girls and had a fun time a couple of times from there. People here tend to try to pick fights with foreigners. Unless if you look like you belong its ok. I'd suggest you to keep a look out if you go to places like Amrita, but in Strings. You will be welcomed with open arms. Other clubs. Just keep a look out.

All in all, I think a black american guy would fit in ok here. Know a few guys who have nestled well here even though they don't fit in.

I agree with T on Seoul. Way too expensive and only drunk Koreans throw their cash around. There is another Korean Hotel, about less than 1km from State Departmental Store. Heard that is good.

Would be little to no problem. I personally know of 3 black men who were there at the same time and pulled some very nice girls out of the clubs. JM is right about Amrita only because nothing starts there until midnight and a rule I try to follow in UB is not to be out past 12 or 1 the latest. Mongolians drink alot of vodka straight. I have seen them regularly put away 1-2 bottles each in the course of a night. So bad things can happen later in the night when they are very drunk, especially around their holidays. Same things that happen if you are out late in Pattaya or any other place. When I stay out late, I usually go with Mongolian friends. UB and the girls though are very enjoyable! A suggestion to stay is the Kharakorum Hotel. It is across the street from Amrita and walking distance to many other places. In warm weather a nice place to meet regular girls is Dave's Pub. It has an outside patio overlooking Sukhbaatar Square. I have dated woman lawyers and doctors from there.

No kidding? You can pick up lawyers and doctors from Dave's? Man! That's got to be my next destination.

Honestly, places like Amrita, Face, Metropolis are quite safe, I usually party until 4 in Strings, and in Amrita, if I do happen to go there, I'd party till the break of dawn. Strings is safe. You can party until 4, no problem because there are a lot of taxis lurking outside there and its quite safe to leave late from Strings. If you are going to leave places like Metropolis or Amrita late, then you've got to worry a little bit.

Yes Mongolians love to drink and pack a really good drink of vodka with them everytime they are out. Just avoid them drunks, walk further away, if they walk towards you, walk away (they usually try to bang into you to pick a fight. Mongolians and foreigners).

Going with locals is definately a big plus, going with Russians. You're golden. You very rarely, and I mean very very rarely see a Mongolian guy go at it against a Russian. Except for this one time when there was a big fight in Strings.

Khakarom Hotel is great. If you want good food, Kudaam Restaurant is near there and the portion is amazingly huge. I don't know which is bigger, Ikh Mongol or Kudaam heh heh. But never tired picking up girls from Kudaam. Might just give Dave's a try. Used to go there for their good only. Good burgers.

Sounds about right, but for the price you pay for White House Hotel, you can get better Hotels elsewhere. But if you are looking to hang out at Strings a lot, yeah then its alright to be bunking at White House.

Think if you check previous posts, there is a remark on which hotel to look at. Also, its summer now, June 1st, but the weather is still a pain. So get your jackets out even though its warm in the morning! This year's summer is colder than the previous one.

Throw in 100, you can have a foursome. But I guess its good to pamper yourself at times so let us in on the place. Might go and check it out just for fun in future.
