I think someone needs to either stop me or take away my mongering card. I've been in one place (province-side) for almost a week now, with one girl (the same one as the end of my last trip, a dating site contact, a sub-40kg 4'11" spinner, smart and educated). Turned down an invitation to come visit from Miss H in Cebu too in favor of staying. Think this is the first time ever I've come across a girl whose appetite is more than mine, I'm finding myself turning down "one more round" already despite assistance of fortifying vitamins.
No money changing hands, this one is a total keeper. Reinforces my opinion that you get out of the dating sites exactly as much as you put into it (this one was about 2 months worth of mail exchange 2-3x or more a day, after weeding out dozens of sub-par contacts).
Puerto Galera is not so good any more. I have been coming here for a number of years over the Christmas new year time. There have always been six bars, although one closed and recently reopened under new name. When I first started coming here, there were dozens of really sweet girls from the provinces who really want to make the guest that's the term they used feel special.
Many of the girls were from relatively good backgrounds their families were poor but they had relatively good educations, stable homes, and were good girls before entering the bar world. They came straight from their parents homes without having been in other bars in Manila or elsewhere. Over the past three or four years, this seems to have been changing.
You do have to take account of the fact that Christmas new year is a bad time to go many of the girls go home to their families and there's generally a massive exodus. Also, there are Koreans who come into the bar there's really only one good bar Venus and one fair bar Broadway, the other four in my opinion are awful and bar fine five or 10 or 15 girls.
Nevertheless, this year has been by far the worst. Virtually all the girls are experienced bar girls. They are totally disinterested in providing service and are frequently interested only in Koreans, who tend to throw around a lot of cash. It is certainly true that they can make three or four times as much money going with Koreans. So it's a perfectly rational economic decision on their part, but It doesn't make me or other people like me particularly happy. The girls frequently have tattoos, most now shave which I hate and they have numerous other manifestations of what I guess we would call being hard-core.
There are much fewer Americans, Canadians, and especially Australians in town. There are lots of Europeans and a tremendous number of Koreans, who are in the process of overrunning the place. Some Europeans and virtually all Koreans are unfriendly and competitive. And perhaps they need to be competitive. Getting a pretty girl out of one of those two bars is not easy, especially if you show up more than 30 min. After opening at seven or 7:30 PM.
I have no idea exactly why this is happening but I suspect it is the result of several separate factors American pressure on the government to stop [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord908][CodeWord908][/url], economic development despite what many on this board say, the country is growing economically , changing social patterns, and so forth. There is still tremendous opportunity here but, for those who remember the good old days, it is irritating. Perhaps I am a pessimist by nature, but I believe that things will get much worse in the next five or 10 years.
I don't know if it's because of the factors you've cited here, but I agree: Mongering in PG sucks compared to other parts of Phils. Hardened girls who perform poorly, narrow selection, and you need to bum-rush the bars by 8-9pm if you want to beat the crowd and grab something decent. YMMV of course, but it's gotten so bad that I've started bringing talent with me from Manila and restricting my patronage of the PG discos to barhopping.

Maybe that's why I am a bit spoilt for quality.

Thanks guys! [/QUOTE]Just to clarify for those not familiar. Lapu Lapu is the residential area on Mactan island where Cebu airport is located. It's a 200/350P 30/45 mins taxi ride from Cebu City. The girls can get between the two via jeep rides for say 40P taking say 1/1. 5 hours.
Most of the bars / clubs in Cebu are located in Cebu City. Lapu Lapu / Mactan has pretty limited nightlife options. Quite a few expats own or rent condos out in Mactan. As a rule of thumb the girls in LL are relatively conservative / provincial as the more open minded / naughty will tend to gravitate towards Cebu City where the nightlife is. There are some exceptions of course such as the girls who are / have in the past been live in GFs for the expats out there.
If you are using the dating sites you need to clarify whether girls are living in Cebu City or Mactan / Lapu Lapu or elsewhere in Provincial Cebu. In general girls will not be keen to travel between each of these areas unless they are very confident you exist, are truly in the Philippines, will treat them fairly, pay their fares etc because there are plenty of low life guys who find it fun to get a poor Filipina to travel an hour or two to meet him even though he may not actually be in the country / just intends to see what she looks like / wants to trick her into giving a "freebie" by telling her stories about how he is a "serious" guy looking for a wife etc.
I had a really fun / sexy girl I knew who was based in LL, but she has now moved to Prague. I do however have quite a few seemingly hot prospects from the dating sites who I did not get around to checking out face to face when I was in Cebu City. If you are interested to get their contact details just PM me, but I emphasis that I have not met these ones in person just on cam / texting so cannot vouch for whether they are really as hot as they claim to be etc.

You are just encouraging guys to be lazy. Surely they can do their own trawling on DIA etc and establish the bone fides of girls for themselves.
If it was someone that you had already trial driven that you were recommending then OK I could understand it but in essence you are just passing on addresses of girls you have met on DIA to guys I assume that you have never met.
I think those of us who have met a few other ISG members are happy to "share" but I would be leery of passing on details of some sweet girls to just anyone on here.
