i don't think anyone here is condoning **** sex. it is never okay to monger with a girl who is under 18..while cubanut is quite capable of answering, i for one was quite sure that she was 18 years old. remember now..my mde trips were about 6-7 months ago.

did i check her cedula, birth certificate just to be sure?...no...nonetheless i appreciate your words and will ask for a cedula from this point forward whenever age appears to be an issue.

lets not make a lenghty discussion about this. we are all very much aware of the repercussions of getting caught with a minor and most guys here abide by this rule and don’t knowingly seek out minors (at least i hope not).

Anyone got a picture of this Solome girl, the name rings a bell , but i just cannot picture her face ,i had to try to remember so many names on my trips to Medellin that i have started to lose track.

i would like to know what the reprocusions are. i mean i have seen maybe 1000 40 year old guys with 15 year old girls. brazil, colombia, dr. its pretty common. my wifes brother is 24 and is married to a 15 year old his brother is 25 and has been with his 17 old girlfriend for 3 years.

as for p4p i understand that its very illegal and morally wrong. when you guys go into the morally wrong banter on this forum are you talking about p4p or just dating a **** girl in general. it seems to be pretty normal for girls that are 14 and up to be with much older guys.

very dangerous , i know that over the past 2months british and american goverment officials(or whatever they are called) have been going to south america including colombia to crack down on guys going there to date and have sex with **** girls.they are tracking people using internet sites i guess this one included and there out of country movements.it is just not worth it if you are in too that kind of sick thing.

the problem is that the us has passed some laws that make it illegal for its citizens anywhere in the world (except for the state in which they live if the laws of that state so allow) to have sex with anyone under the age of 18 - even if the laws of the country in which the act is performed has laws permitting such actions.

new york state allows sex with 17-year-olds. so, if you live in new york state, you can legally have sex with a 17-year-old in new york state. if you take that 17-year-old to new jersey for sex, you are in big trouble.

I would tend to believe the guy mad a mistake. As if we all run around checking birth certificates. Especially in a place like that. What the fuck.

If you take the girl to another state to have sex with her yourself, you are not violating the Mann act.

The Black boxer, Jack Johnson, was convicted of violating the Mann Act when he sent his White girlfriend across state lines. He was intending to have sex with her himself. The following quote comes from Wikipedia.

"Johnson fought a number of bouts in Mexico before returning to the U.S. on 20 July 1920 and surrendering to Federal agents for allegedly violating the Mann Act against "transporting women across state lines for immoral purposes" by sending his white girlfriend, Belle Schreiber, a railroad ticket to travel from Pittsburgh to Chicago. Did Johnson ever have a good appeal attorney? Probably not, that is why this case was a bad exception, though it likely is not the law.
