First of all basics.

A) I am not recommending Fluoxetine against Dapoxetine.

B) I named the salt Fluoxetine as someone asked if one drug can help in anxiety.

C) I want to say that sexual performance can be affected by a lot reasons, anxiety is one them and hypertension is other for this trying out drugs like tadafil and Dapoxetine or a combo of them is not a solution.

D) consult a urologist for a better diagnosis and prescription find out the underlying reason for such problem then to self medicate.

E) I have seen young guys in 20 and 30 using medications like sildenafil tadafil and Dapoxetine as recreational drugs to impress their partners and received adverse affects.

F) Lidocaine or delay med is external anesthetic may be used but it won't cause any damage rather than discomfort.

G) get your problem diagnosed before trying out something for finding a best suited combination as per your body composition.

1. Kegel exercise to make penis and pelvic muscles strong. Google it. You can even do it while working etc, avoid doing it while peeing as many sites suggest. Don't overdo it. Start slowly.

2. Avoid masturbation completely or practice edging. Google what is edging. Again, don't overdo it. This may not work too if PE is all due to too much excitement. Basically regular masturbation makes your brain and penis get habitual to ejaculating faster, so either you change the muscle memory or make your brain forget it. This is really hard to do.
