I suuddenly have an unexpected break form work coming up, and have thought about flying into YUL.

I'd arrive about 19h30, and will travel with only carry-on luggage. I'd read about an express bus service (747) from YUL to central Montreal, and have considered staying at the Novotel. If I take the 747 bus, would it take me reasonbly close to the Novotel (I don't mind a 20-minute walk), and would I be able to arrive by about 20: 30? My plan for the evening would be a quick shower, then out for a walk and a simple meal, and a drink or two someplace where I can see some pretty civilians, then call it a night.

In the morning, I'd like to head out on foot/metro to see Montreal, and then enjoy the company of an agency girl late in the afternoon, or early evening.

What do you think of Novotel as a base for my planned activities? And, are agency girls available around 17:00?

You should like Montreal, its ladies and the joie de vivre, but it is not South America. Some will disagree on this, but you can see it somewhere between US and South American style. You're better work on your pickup lines and try to get a freebie, if you don't wanna spend a least the minimal $CAD 140/hour for FS mongering in town. MP can be something to explore, if you don't want to spend the agencies rates. If you rent a car, you can get good grinding and much more in SC, but out of town. On the Montreal Island, you'll pay pretty much for air dance only, unless you're a local regular in some specific off downtown darker clubs.

On Sunday, I'll do some touring, and hire one or two girls from agencies to entertain me.

sorry to bring this up grapelli but céline dion is from charlemagne (which is almost repentigny) and she is far from being a 9.8!!!!!. there are always exceptions to a rule! lol.

imho, i would rather go to have a free lunch in a sc (if it is still available somewhere?) before that type of restaurants. i am not sure they're still in business. think of them as a cheap pa n' ma hooters where local blue collars stop for breakfast or lunch. your milleage should be about equivalent with burger king or mcdonald's, unless you picks up the waitress, there's nothing there.

also, both are located in hochelaga-maisonneuve, a low-end borough where i don't recommand one to go. first of all, there's no tourist attraction there (that's the area between downtown and the olympic stadium park). also, it is not the bronx or compton, but it is tough: once i got punched by some total loser just because i walked in the same department store aisle where he was standing.

there's also some similar sexy restaurants, haircutters and other specialities in ville-st-laurent, laval and around the city. when they go too sexy, suddendly the well dries up. often the waitresses are far from being cindy crawford or halle berry look-a-likes. a classic institution (founded in 1961) you might want to try is "chez l'pere gedeon". it is not on the subway lines, but you should get quite easy with a free bus transfer from the nearest subway station or by renting a car.

The nightclub scene changes so often. For example, just months ago, the Opera club was the must-to-go, but it is now closed. Generally speaking the three main streets for clubbing in Montreal are Crescent (more English speaking), St.Laurent and St.Denis (more French speaking). I can't give any specific gold mine name, but you should probably work on the Crescent area clubs where the crowd tend often to be older, richer and native/fluent English speaking.

Yes, I heard some dancers goes out after the last call for alcohol or give their phone numbers (read: your hotel), but it is not the usual standard. Unless you're Brad Pitt, the numbers I heard are usually very expensive and takes too much work for something you get easy from an agency or a freebie. If you really want a dancer, several rural clubs are FS.

About Repentigny - Terrebonne - L'Assomption, it is generally middle-to-high class surbub far beyond the East end and the oil refineries, but it is also got poorer areas, such as Celine Dion's Charlemagne. Adimondo, from your posting history, I'm guessing that Montreal is not your home turf. You should know that you can get much better service in our fair city than you did with Fanny, whom I've met twice.
