Fortaleza

Well, about 30 minutes from Iracema to Maracanau, with traffic. Would like to get into the interior, but I don't know my way around much, and all my Brasilian friends are GDPs, so can't rely on them to show me around the interior! Rsrsrsrs.

Try to take a brasilian with a car with you who you trust. Taxis are garbage, imagine how much a taxi would quote you if you want to rent hom for 2-3 days. Better offer an friend over there a little trip that ypou will pay his expenses and let him take you. The distance are pretty big, as you know it is a pretty big country.

Yes and no.
You can get a quickie in centro for R$25. Pick a GP on the beach for R$50 and session with a bar-girl for roughly R$80. However it takes portuguese skills and often some negotiating, otherwise you'll end up paying R$150.

I've been first time in Fortaleza 2009, went back in 2010 and stayed there for 5 months until January 2011, only for vacation. First of all I want to say that I don't know how it was in Fortaleza before 2009 but during my stay I really loved this City, the possibilities, the weather and of course the Brazilian Girls! In 2011 the main points were the same in Praia Iracema (mambo, cafe del mar, Armazem and zipi) and normal prices were always between 100-150 BRL / night. But I never paid over 100 BRL for a night as I actually speak quite good portuguese and if you stay longer than one day with same girl you are able to have her for free (if you're not very very old.) everything depends on your age, if you're not over 30 years old it is a big advantage as most of these girls want to have such young people for the future. =)!

I think about it to return to Fortaleza in September / October this year and would like to know if there are people here who stayed end of 2010 or beginning of 2011 and went back now in 2012. Is the difference huge? I don't know the time before 2009 but between 2009 and end of 2010 it was the PLACE TO BE for me. I really loved the season 2010 in September and October as there are almost NO tourists in Fortaleza and girls are alone, looking for man. It's was always like a fight during this time between these girls=) Anyone intersted in coming as well? I'm alone this year as most of my friends had their vacation already. Would be great, I'm 27 years old from Europe (not italian=). I know all the places in northeast and I really like it.
