This is the distinction I always see written on numerous mongering boards when posters are talking about Tijuana working girls.

In daylight hours I would recommend not getting a taxi, and just walking there in 15 to 20 minutes from LZ.

You would take the pedestrian walkway east from the Arch. Once you use the foot bridge to go over the Tijuana River, walk another 200 feet or so (about 70 paces) and the entrance is on the left.

The entry agent checked the date on my visa about half the time.
