Medellin Reports

Okay, I know that Hotel Medellin Plaza girls are 150 COP. Now, if a guy does not want to do any casas / strip joints / MPs and stick with Mansion girls at that rate, what is the advantage of Medellin as a destination compared to say the San Jose Costa Rica hotels like the Del Ray and Sportsman where one can usually negotiate the typical Del Ray girl down from $100 to an average of $80, which works out to be about the same as the 150 COP if a Mansion girls is pulled?

It seems to be that a trip to HMP and pulling only the Mansion girls compared to a trip to SJ and pulling only Del Ray / Sportsman girls would be comparable, if one does not do any of the casas or MPs. Add the fact that there might be more interesting non-monger activities in Costa Rica compared to Columbia.

Any thoughts on this? I'm trying to justify a trip to Medellin but prefer to bring girls back to my hotel room rather than do casas and MPs.

Have you considered the DR? You can do ST for $25-50. TLN for $50-75. Plus beaches. The DR is a great option if you like darker mulatta types. I'd much rather go to Colombia or the DR than Costa Rica, regardless of cost.

Liked Blackbeard's resort and in Sosua, preferred to bring chicas back to my room rather than the one time I tried Passions using their rooms. I just feel more secure when it's back in my own hotel room since it's my territory rather than some room elsewhere where there might be loud crappy music playing, etc.

Since you are familiar with Blackbeard's in PP, it is essentially the same thing. Chicas are invited over to hang out. If you find one you like, you negotiate the price and take her up or back (if staying at HMP 2) to your room onsite.

It's also the same concept as Sportsman's Lodge in SJO.

This is why I'm asking if HMP in Medellin is worth going to if we already have Del Ray and Sportsman in SJ if the prices are essentially the same. But there might be more to do in CR in terms of other activities as well.

Girls are not 150, 000 COP at HMP, its all up to what you agree to with your little friend.

If you have some Spanish, talk to her without her female friends listening in, say that your here for a long time can not afford what she is asking and that you would like to see her more than just once.

If you have a problem with Spanish, ask Medellin Bob, Big Bad Boyd, Juan in the office, even Alexa can translate for you and many fellow guests are ready to help you out.

Again, many guys negotiate 100, 000 pesos and even lower but because they don't write about it and are not on ISG, you do not hear about it.

However, bringing a chica back to your room can be dangerous. Recently in Sosua (check thread) a monger brought a chica back to his room. Chica had a group of robbers storm into the room and force the monger to open his safe at gunpoint. Monger lost up to $5,000US.

Everyone should read Greg's point. While 150, 000 is typical, (I frequently just pay that w / o even discussing it - against my better judgement) , one can definitely bargain a bit with the girls. I have done this a few times when I didn't have that much cash on me and I had no problem. Last Winter I paid a chica 80K (all I had in my wallet) and had an excellent session. As Greg pointed out, some of the girls may not want their friends to hear that they went with you for that much, so discuss it with them privately. 100K-150K is alot of money in Medellin.

To answer your question seriously, well, the more expensive and more convenient options are the same as the regular prices in those places, plus you get better selection and quality. I am not sure what you're looking for here. If you just want cheap sex, go to Bolivia, Nicaragua or any other number of destinations where you can fuck for $5-$10. You can find that in MDE, too, but you may have to actually leave your hotel (*gasp*). If you want to just stay in and chill out you're still getting more quality (appearance, service) and selection (many options) in MDE.
