Australia has this ridiculous system that a lady can work at a legal brothel but can't do some basic services like BBBJ.

But an independent escort can do whatever services she wants to do, and can work without a license.

In many Australian jurisdictions, she can advertise BBBJ, CIM, anal, etc. Right there for everyone to see.

Drive around any suburb and look at the decay and graffiti everywhere. Cracking down on RnT or explicit advertising is not even on their list of things to do.

Can you clarify what advertising bans exist in Victoria?

As afar as I know the whole sex industry regulation unit has been disbanded in Victoria and the only investigations are into organised crime and visa violations. I don't know of any local council that would waste its time proactively monitoring locanto for sex services and would respond only to complaints. Eg noise, too close to schools, parking issues. I do see explicit services listed on Scarlet Blue now for all geographic areas.

For a long time there were some areas where the caption appeared about local restrictions prohibiting the listing of specific services.
