There are 2 or 3 soaplands online that are foreigner friendly but if you visit in the daytime especially on a week day, you'll see many other soaplands will wave you in. That said, it's best to do your research on a number of the soapys in the area so you can make sure you're getting a decent one. Some will have outdated and / or edited photos of the staff for this reason, be careful.
