One time (at band camp) I had to wait forever and a day for the doctor to show up. When he did drive up, he had a beer in one hand and my prescription in the other.

I'm sure if you need a prescription, then you should be getting authentic scrips. My ex father in law is a doctor in MX and writes people scrips all the time.

Saturday July 24. Drove down with a wingman in the afternoon top meet up with a couple fun bros from out of state.
Arrived in HK about 3 PM. HK girl were all dressing in Asian dresses, Japan, China, Viet, Thai, looking sexy and attractive. HK was fun. Sexy and exciting with the hottest girls working and lots of hot new girls. Frieda, Suki, Edith, Sasha ect were all working. Got a seat at a table in the middle of the bar in front of the giant TV monitor with 6 young guys. They took over the 2 best tables in the bar, the best spot to ogle the girls and strip shows. Bought a couple Bohemias to cool off. The young guys were fun. They bought Tequila shots from Speedy Tequilario he pours 3 shots of Jose Curvo Blanca, squirts beer in your throat, blows his annoying whistle and shakes your head to get you drunk. The whole bottle costs less than $10 but he charges $5 for a pour, makes big profit. The guys egged me on for a shot. It tasted good and spicy but thin. I paid Speedy only $3 knowing how much profit he made.
After a couple rounds of beers the young guys left for home. They had the 2 tables reserved all night with bottles and were handing them over to me. As soon as they left other guys immediately started crashing in. I texted the bros to hurry up and get down to the bar as I could not fight all these guys off to hold the table. A young guy crashed in my table and ordered a Don Julio 70 bottle. By right he could have the tables with a bottle. He sat there drinking all by himself, no friends, no girls, smoked a very pungent hashis with his pipe. He started pouring large shots of Son Julio in a plastic cup and handed to me to join in. 2 other guys crashed in on my booth, acting obnoxious. By then the bros were down sitting with me, drinking beers and a few Tequila shots from the hashis-smoking guy. We had fun with these local guys.
We asked the hashis guy to hold our seats, walked around HK and Chavelas looking for talents. There were lots of hot girls even early in the afternoon. The bros liked a tiny and tanned spinner, looking like a Pinay, dancing at the pole. Her name was Lupe, a tiny girl with small and mushy boobs, but the bro liked her looks hehe. Came back, had a couple more shots with the hashis guy. These local guys can be nice, fun and generous if you know how deal with them. So do party and have fun with local guys.
We decided to check out other bars. No talents were found in Tropical or Adelita. Ay Chicago, we had their free shot of Tequila at the door, spicy and strong. A bro quickly fell in love with Chicago's ambiance and a fairly heavy girl with loads of tats. He invited her to a booth to drink and talk. Glad he found the girl he liked.
We left the bro to have fun with his girl and walked back to HK. On the way, ran into the wingman who invited us into his hotel room. I felt wide awake and alert, but forgot to keep track how many tequila shots I had, laid down in the second bed and fell asleep solid for 6 hours. 2:30 AM the wingman woke me up, asked if I was in shape to drive back. I felt fine, no head ache, no hang over after so many of those tequila shots, but missed out on hot sex with any girl, wasted the whole night, drove back across the border. My wingman was probably humping 3 or 4 girls while I was sleeping,. Damn. No more Tequila shots for me from now on.

There is a latin brand of legit Xanax called Tafil that comes in blister packs with 1 MG tablets purple in color I believe. If bought in a legit farmacia should be as safe as Xanax can be. You can still overdose and die even on Xanax if take too much, mix with other drugs and/or alcohol. I recognize the brand Tafil because I brought some back undeclared from Juarez in 2015 and also bought some in Costa Rica.
I also saw Tafil for sale in numerous farmacias in Progreso last year when I legally brought back to Texas Zolpidem without an Rx. Yes without an Rx! I made several posts on Nuevo Laredo thread about how you can legally bring back most controlled control drugs without an Rx:
1. Must limit to 50 dosage units of all drugs brought back into U.S. per each trip, not per each type. Can't bring back 50 Xanax + 50 Zolpidem + 50 muscle relaxer etc.
2. Must declare it and only for your own personal use.
3. Need show your receipt from a legit farmacia.
4. Can only do this if crossing border by land, unable to by air.
This was per USCBP web-site last year. Things may have changed. Search around and you should find the link. I printed copy of the page with this info. on it and carried with me. When I declared to U.S. customs agent he said "Is that it?". I replied Yes just these 50 dosage units of Zolpidem.
Now about this Zolpidem I only took it twice and didn't make me sick but I didn't really feel it was the real thing. Felt more like a Benadryl or melatonin. A clerk in another store told me the brand I bought not the real thing and to try the other but I haven't yet been able to get back down to south Texas.
Also I noticed during my Tj trips the legit farmacias didn't sell Zolpidem or Xanax. Most fun stuff I could find in TJ was Carisoprodol muscle relaxer and it mixed with an NSAID. I think each MEX border state has different rules for what they can sell.
*Note Carisprodol very very dangerous if overdosed and mixed with alcohol.

I went to the DR, about 100 feet west of baja hotel which is across street of side of Ceasers hotel restaurant. The dr visit for my prescription which was antibiotic was like 3 dollars. You can't miss the office, and right next to it, is a respected pharmacy that locals told me to use. Pharmacy Roma. The antibiotics looked very professional. Viagra generic didn't need prescription also looked very good. You can look at google maps street view shows doctor price as 60 pesos. 3 bucks.
I stopped into HK tonight to see the dancers and bought a ficha for a lady from Guadalajara that was 21. She said she has been working at HK for 1 year and other various topics discussed. Once I noticed she wasn't very touchy freely, I lost interest. The mesero asked if I wanted to get her another drink and I declined. The next thing she asked was the purpose of my visit and I said to have fun. She wanted to know if I was taking her upstairs or leaving and I said that I'm leaving because I was tired from meeting chicas in Tropical and Chicago. I've had GFE experience from some of the hottest chicas. And have had some of the ugliest and fat chicas fall asleep on me or pop open their fucking phone. And I've had duds that for some weird reason half way through the session, decide to turn on the GFE. Women are still a mystery to me.
