One of my HK favorites text me, I am off on Tuesday, January 4, "come see me". My response, "do not have any money". She said, "no problem". My thinking, "fish on", "Blue Light Special (KMart)". My response was, Ley Market parking lot, 5:00 pm. Many of the transient / non transient BGs live in the apartments across from Ley market. There is never any street parking on the apartment street.

Went to my favorite money exchange place. 20.8 pesos / 1 USD.

Arrived at meeting place, she looked normal (less make up), however, the jeans were tight and tits were up and perky. We went to "Pampas" (one of my favorites). Went to "La Plaza" and window shopped, then "La Mansion".

We arrived at the La Mansion. Mostly it was quiet, giggling, rubbing. No tv. Very relaxing. The sex was normal. I set my alarm. Got up a 4:00 am, took her home.

Out of pocket, time, gasoline, dinner, hotel. I guess she just wanted to be normal for a moment!

I've been traveling for the last month and haven't been able to visit to Tijuana. Most of you guys are saying gas is now up 20% since Mexico unregulated them (Genus Idea) and seems like protests and going to get worst before it gets better if they shutdown our border. Does anyone think it's getting to the point of its cheaper and safer just to use Uber down there? I'm thinking the cabby's must be super pissed right now and might try to stiff you if they could.

The Pedestrian entry and exit were unaffected by the protests, and the area where taxis drop people off near PedWest, and pick up rides coming into MX by PedEast were unaffected. The protesters were chanting and making noise, but not blocking the entry and exit of cars at the San Ysidro crossing today. There was a heavy military presence at the border crossing, which insured that the protesters didn't do anything other than make noise, wave flags, and hold signs. There were no shortage of Taxi drivers soliciting every gringo they saw for rides.

BTW, the two Pemex stations I walked past on my way from PedEast to Revolucion were closed and taped off, with signs saying they were closed, no Gas.

I'd try to offer 200 pesos and see if I get takers, or a counter quote in pesos in the 250-300 range.

This is a major issue, the raising by 20% gas price, and will only continue as the government will bring it up to market rate by December 2017, read no more gas subsidize.

This problem and the resultant riots will continue. The peso is getting blasted more so but yummy yummy for us mongers.

I notice it last month a the hotel I used to stay were asking double the price. The restaurants I eat, had new much higher prices with stickies, Massages were more, Dentistas asking more, taxis will ask more and so on. It will in total cost more for visits to Mexico from now on.

If there are more chicas than there are punters to arriba with them, I don't see the paradita price increasing dramatically from 200 p base before extras. Although certainly well regarded and unusually attractive chicas can certainly set higher rate structures, they could anyways before gasoline got more expensive.

I was quoted full conversion in pesos at HK but that's most likely because she checked to see if I was excited to see her. But I think that might be the rate hike we see. Since some girls won't want to convert USD, they may still negotiate pesos but they asking price will be higher. Taxi rates should stay exactly the same as the shortcut bridge is now open and its either half or one third the distance as previously they had to do like a horse shoe loop around. I should have timed the ride but I think the old ride was 10 min and the new ride is 5. My taxi did not scam for more money but I'm sure it will happen to others.

I made four weekend trips in November and December, and nobody was asking for a raise (except for the one chicas that regularly asks me for a raise).

The one price change I did notice is that there is some more resistance to doing sin ropa for just 50 p more. I had 3 chicas refuse my offer of 250 for sin ropa sexo yesterday. Prior to that, it was rare for them to turn down my counter offer cinquenta mas for sin ropa.

I am still paying my most of my regulars 250 p + the cuarto for a sin ropa quicky. I have a couple who do the sin ropa for free without any adder on the basic 200 p. My best favoritas are all still doing me with longer sessions with several extras, or else full bare sessions for 500 p + the cuarto.

I have done this trip 2 x in the last 12 months, and my offer of 100 pesos for the ride was immediately accepted by the first passing cab on Constitucion heading up the hill. Offering 20 dollars is pretty excessive. Remember, there are tons of taxi drivers and they will throw a number at you based on how dumb they think you are / look.

From the airport to the Zona is trickier, 200 pesos is probably a good deal, though the taxi mafia drivers try very hard to hold the line at 20 dollars.

Google Tijuana Cross Border Express for detailed info if you are interested I think it costs $15 USD each way to cross, and $17 USD each day or fraction of a day to park there, and you have to be ticketed on a Tijuana flight to use it.
