Seeing tons of reviews elsewhere about 88 Boronia and not quite sure.

It seems like a sausage factory with a lot of upsell. Anyone care to share? Is it worth a trip compared to 10 young st or even 678 warrigal rd?

I also heard that Mimi works in highest on Tuesdays above the florist. Id prefer to be local and know what I'm paying for before I go to a new shop new girl.

I checked out 88 Boronia on a Saturday a few months back due to all the positive reviews from other people. I'll go into the details later on but long story short this place is too busy, overcrowded and overpriced to be worthwhile going. If you're curious then try it out but I'll share my experience and explain why I won't be going back.

When I went there I had a young, attractive Chinese girl called Annie serve me, she had a nice slim body and a pretty face but she didn't shave so she was very hairy, which is a huge turn off, and her service was average at best. She kept on trying to squeeze an extra $50 out of me by saying I was too big, I just ignored her, I knew what she was doing, this wasn't my first rodeo. During the entire session I could hear guys going in and out of the shop constantly, which was very off putting. Also, as I was leaving there were several guys sitting close together and awkwardly waiting for a girl to pop out of the rooms to greet them. It doesn't help that everything is so close and crammed together. The awkwardness in the shop was palpable.

The worst part about this place is the price, if you're after FS it'll cost you $200 for 30 minutes, $50 for the house and $150 for the girl, you're essentially paying A LOT more for a girl that might be (if you're lucky) slightly more attractive than you're average AMP lady. To put this into context in terms of price, in the west and north side you can get FS 30 min for $100, and if you know where to go you can get a younger attractive girl for the same price. You can even go to the local brothel and get a hot Asian chick in her 20's with a stripper like body who will do FS for $120-$150.

As I mentioned before, try it out if you're curious, but I definitely won't be going back.

I went and saw mimi at 533 a highett anyway.

Wasn't bad but wasn't repeatable. 50 plus 150 for CFS BBBJCIM rimming and I'm sure DFK would be available. She's got incredible soft skin.

Rooms are small but the parlor is quiet. No customers whilst I was there. The other lady on was a 20 something brunette asian very beautiful.

I've seen Sophie twice and Mimi once and have no real urge to go to 88 Boronia again. Sophie is also the manager and handles all calls. During the session she is likely to be called 2-3 times or will leave to answer the door a couple of times. She is simply too busy, so your service will be heavily interrupted. She has a nice body, but her face is tired looking. She is probably early 40's. She does everything except rimming.

Mimi provides a good, sincere service and does everything including rimming. She's okay looking but not exceptionally pretty. She's probably late 30's.

The place has no showers. If you want to eat their pussies or asses, I'd suggest you go early in the morning at the start of the shift when everything is fresh. You would not want to be last monger of day going down on Sophie. They are always busy, with a solid 12 hours of fucking a day, 7 days a week. Because of this, they are totally desensitized, have no emotion and service is formulaic. More so with Sophie than Mimi.

I pay them $70 for 45 minutes, plus a $130 tip. It's a long way to go for a so-so experience. The place is so godamn busy that the embarrassment factor between mongers is high.

This places has been $100 FS for a long time, these days, this place will try to get you out as quick as possible so if your the type that blow your load quickly, then you will not get your 30 minutes worth. I think most places are going with this business model, this place is now open 24 hours. So if your feeling a bit horning in the early hours of the morning, this place can help you.

Honorable mentions are these two places, $100 will also get you FS.

947 A Sydney Rd, Coburg North.

You will notice all 3 places have similar setup, I know some on here knows what the story is, but from what I know, Apple who runs the Reservoir shop, used to run the Preston shop, she may have had a falling out at Preston and now on her own in Reservoir. Coburg North is a a new shop and is run by the same person that runs the Preston shop <= Fact checking needed.
