She walked out of there with 4.5 million total so she more than doubled her money. The extra 3 million was pure extortion. If she had done that to me, I would have gladly called security and they would have sided with me for sure since they have known me for years and hauled her butt away. The guy did end up giving her her clothes, but no money. Security hauled her out of there screaming. If they handled that situation like that, I would think I would be pretty safe. Turns out he threw her out because she refused a 2nd round. He likely should have given her some money.

Once the girl sees the family pics on the wall he's a sitting duck for blackmail which indeed happened. A short time hotel would have proven a great investment.

I'd agree that long term residents do have some advantages over new visitors. They know the ropes, are more likely to avoid getting into trouble I the first place and likely have the experience to be able to more easily get out of trouble should it occurr. The girls are also taking a bigger risk at extorting them as they quite often have work or business contact who can provide support. I know I've shut down situations by simply handing over my phone and suggesting she call any General in my contact list. When they have mentioned calling the police I have also asked if she knows what happens to cute 22 yo girls once detained in a police station.

One thing I would caution against is the foreigner being the one to physically remove the girl. If the girl can show evidence of physical assault things can turn ugly quickly. Much better to make the use of security or simply remove yourself from the problem area.

That music is mainly popular with the lower class uneducated locals, that's why they play it in those places. Those aren't exactly up market establishments.

The actual music is called House Music. They mostly play dangdut house music in those places, but will also play house music with English songs as well. That house music is synonymous with dugem in the indo discos. If you do a search for dugem house music, you will surely find it. I actually prefer the dangdut version of it, I'm not a big fan of when they mix English songs.

I keep hundreds of those type of songs on my computer and play them every time I bring a girl home so she can dance for me in my place.

Based on your description you obviously went to the Tease Club up on the 5th or 6th floor of the Emporium Hotel. I have not been there yet, but it is high up on my to do list even though I agree with you that 3. 5 mil is crazy crazy. Are you sure that was the price for Indo girls not imports and for in-house and not take away?

In any case, you should have gone to Emporium Spa on the 2nd floor. It is one of my favorite places in town. They have a band there on certain nights too, but no foreign import girls, only Indo girls and no bikinis. The regular girls are 800,000 and VIP girls are 1,2 mil. I always chose a VIP girl. They just looked better to me. IMHO Emporium had a good selection of VIP girls and their service was great. By comparison, 1001 Hotel has a much larger selection of girls at a higher price of 1.4 mil plus a 200,000 drink minimum charge making it 1.6 mil.

The later, referring to the reflection of thousands of tiny dots by the spinning sphere that used to be in those places, hanging from the ceiling. Later, even tiny clandestine bars al fresco, like the ones they had in places like Tegal Rotan in Bintaro or Parung, are called places of (where to) dugem.
So, the music is house dangdut and as it is associated with dugem places, where it is usually heard.
