In reply to some of the posts below, I believe Lisbon is one of the best places in Europe for mongering. If you make use of the appartments. This requires though some research (time) and a bit of cuteness.

With some research you can pick up 10s for 50e an hour. There must be 100s of appartements at that price across the city. No exaggerations. Sometimes I go down streets and think, wow, if people here know what goes on or what used to go on. And they are are everywhere. I can walk down some streets and pass several places that I have visited OR that I know are operating or have been operating. You can get an idea of seeing the selections of adverts in the Daily paper (see some of the post below eg. Yu iop69). And there are hundreds of adverts. Spolit for choice. And this is just a small subsection.

Standard prices though for foreigners at the international English speaking appts (eg Clinic, Chateau. There is only I'd say 4 of them) have been 100e / h 60-80e 30m (LittleB. That is all that Kama Leão was pointing out).

Prices should be going *down* because of the recession. Though some places seem to be getting desperate, effectively.

Some of the best reports that I found immensely useful were from yuio p69 below and Kama Leão. Solid and reliable and not too dear. The contacts I built up though are moving on. So I need to renew them.

I had a fantastic experience at the Chateau recently (first time there. But I was in the area and needed a quickie.
