I live in that neighboring Zhejiang province, and can probably count the number of ZJ girls I've encountered on one hand. The working girls here are from Sichuan or Fujian, mostly. Not even just WG's--even waitresses in restaurants aren't from here.

Actifed - sorry, I don't know Shanghai well enough to give you good leads/reply.
But if these guys here will NOT act like the good hosts that we all are meant to be, giving advise, replying promptly and being nice and defferential to one and all who'd be coming to China to spend $$$ and help the economy, then you should just ask the Immigration officer AND the customs officer as soon as you arrive with your question. They'd be very happy to be able to showcase their town to one and all valued foreign visitors
Make sure you ask the Customs officer as they know all the places where they sell drugs openly. After all, China fought the great Opium War to make sure that the English don't stop their supply of opium from India. Hey, perhaps you should also go to India,Pakistan and Afghanistan too - that's where all the GREAT supply's at these days!!

Hi,
I noticed on my recent stay at the Eton Hotel, that there where several Bars close to the hotel on Changyi Road.
I did not get time to take a look, but was wondering if it is worth paying a visit on my next stay in a couple of weeks.
Basically I'm looking to have a few beers and enjoy the company of some lovely Filipina ladies on a Friday night.
If there are other suggestions I would appreciate.

The answer is YESSSSSS.
I used to live across the street from those bars and I got really lucky with a really sexy, large rack 26 y/o Filipina. Took her out in the day time and got it for free that night (after work) and regularly for about 2 months before I moved back to the US.

Although it is not standard procedure for the girls to spend the night with a customer, they earn their living from the commission on the drinks, it is possible to take them back to the hotel. I paid 1000 RMB for a night and all next day until she had to go back to work. Filippina girls are more willing than the Chinese. You might have to work a little harder on the latter.
