I know a place where you can meet your GF without restriction in Dhanbad. But she should have decent looks. Its a residential house near to railway station and the owner is very helpful. Girl ID card is not needed. Only your ID is sufficient. Charges are INR 2000/ for a night excluding meals. But you should plan at least 10- 15 days in advance because the place is very much in demand. I stayed there thrice and enjoyed with my GF.
