They would always want you to shower first before the deed and they will in fact shower you. They will wash your junk and conduct preliminary inspection along the way. If they find you are not clean, more likely they would reject any request for BBBJ.

It is probably the house rules in these spa joints. However, if the girl is comfortable with you and you are hygienic, BBBJ request is never an issue, at least for me. Malio is in the back part, Malioboro is in the front part.

If I was staying at Hotel Shangri-La, I wouldn't even leave the building. I prefer BATS girls over the brothel girls.

Sounds like it is still open. I haven't been there in a while, but it is a place where you can pick up young free lancers. I think the reason you don't see many foreigners there is the girls who go there won't go home with you until 5 or 6am because they are there to get high and don't want to go home until their high wears off, and most foreigners in town have to work the next morning. I don't have the patience to wait them out even if I didn't work the next morning. Very few of the girls there speak English but there are tons of young free lance girls there for the guys who complain about free lancers being old at the places where they do speak English.

The main thing about that place is you need to watch your wallet. There are lots of pick pockets there, and even though the place is huge, it gets packed. Asshole pick pockets will take advantage of how packed it is and will brush up against you acting like they are dancing. And do not trust anyone to buy you a drink. Buy your own bottle of water and open it yourself. It's a common scam there for guys (mainly Arabs and Malaysians) to act friendly then slip a roofy into your drink, take you to a private room and rob you. I haven't heard of locals doing that, but I wouldn't put it past them.

I agree, you likely need a wingman if you go there. I've gone alone in the past, but I speak Indonesian and I do not do drugs so I am always clear minded. The last few times I went there have been when a guy needed an Indonesian speaking wingman so I helped out.
