What actually sold me was I was looking at one of the providers profiles and saw that she has an X account. So I clicked to see if I could get a few better view pics. In my experience, the shops only cared what country I was from. When I said USA and got the okay, they gave me an English rule sheet. I saw they had Chinese and Korean too. When I could barely speak Japanese, I could get into some oppai pubs and full play (but not FS) places. But not kyabakura. Now that I can speak well, looking back it wouldn't have been fun.
