Two women, Cristine Tanola, cashier of Aby Lyn Wine Bar, and Marilou Palconit, who also works at the same bar, were arrested, Sindac said.
Sindac said police are looking for four other suspects, Abigail Miole of Aby Lyn Wine Bar and Leticia Miole, registered owner of Lovely Paradise Resto-Bar, Diosdado Masong, and Edna Cavity.
The two bar have been under surveillance by police, DSWD personnel and International Justice Mission (IJM).
Sindac said two undercover policemen posed as customers of the bars.
Charges of violation of the Anti-Trafficking in Person Act of 2003 (RA 10364) and Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination (RA 7610) are being prepared against the suspects.

Staying at the orchid hotel a few times I walked past those bars 100s of times and used them a few times for ST daytime action and always felt guilty that some of those girls just looked TO DAMN YOUNG sitting there. Hope they get it fixed cause the convenience of the quickie ST is good at those bars
Well as the other post mention the bars on Raymond are close due to raids, with the exception of Prince of Wales, as I was told but one of the staff from Prince of Wales; there was a 15 year old working in one bar and a 17 year old working on the other, the foreigner taken into custody was in the room ST therefore caught in the act, I was also told that this bars might re-open by March.
The article that Robbaf quotes is suspect. I don't think 21 people could fit in one of those bars. Most of those gals have babies. I doubt that "most" are minors.
One thing I noticed is that when a gal took me to the short time room, we went thru the back, down a hallway, and ended up in the back end of one of the other bars. So maybe the whole complex had one owner, or one license. Only then could I see 21 women being involved. Has anyone done a walkby. Are all the bars closed?
Someone has already alluded to the proxemity to a christian church. It's kind of funny in a way. I was there on a day when the church doors were open. On gal was a bit loud inviting customers. CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga. At least 21 female minors working in two bars in Barangay Balibago, Angeles City, were rescued by the authorities, the police reported on Friday.
Chief Superintendent Raul Petrasanta, Central Luzon police regional director, said the authorities conducted an entrapment against the owner and operators of Lovely Paradise Resto Bar and Aby Lyn Wine Bar, both in Barangay Balibago.
The bars, according to police, are allegedly engaged in prostitution activities.
Petrasanta said the combined teams arrested at Aby-Lyn Wine Bar the cashier identified as Cristine Tanolo, a resident of Barangay Balibago, and Malou Palconit, a native of Leyte.
Arrested at Lovely Paradise Resto bar were Helen delos Angeles, Josie Mondemar and Steven Gunter Kohler, a German national and presently residing at Josefa Ville, Angeles City.
All the arrested persons were invited at the Regional Investigation and Detection Management Division for questioning on their presence at the bar.
Petrasanta said 11 of the 21 rescued were discovered minors after their medical and dental examinations conducted by doctors.
He said the arrested persons are presently detained at Police Station 4 in Angeles City and appropriate charges were filed before the Office of Assistant City Prosecutor Judge Percival Antaja.
Petrasanta added that Central Luzon police will continue its campaign to eradicate all forms of criminality in the region. (Ric Sapnu)

Too bad about Gunther, I think I met him there on my last trip, he's a regular and treats the girls well, always showed up with food for them.
If the NBI showed up in late afternoon / early evening then it's likely they did round up that many girls; shift change and some of girls live there too. As we all know, the NBI rounds up all of them up, says who the minors are and then usually releases the ones they say are over 18. I've sent an email to one of the mamasans I know and two of the girls (one works at one of the bars mentioned, the other next door) , but no answer yet. I'm sure that once remuneration is made the bars will back up and running. In the meantime, there's still two more there on Raymond St; plus Santos St and the other ST bars on Constain St and Teodoro St.

I think the pics are in reverse order.

Will Santos or BJ-places on Perimeter be next? Those have not been scrutinized before, and should now take some precautions. I am bit surprised about raiding in the high season (january-february), thats new. If this was a local initiated raid it's connected to the Barangay-office and their anti campaign.
How many times have you been in a bar early in the evening in the PI when you see nearly all the pretty girls clear out and you are told by the mamasan that they are meeting Korean customers sight unseen? Not everyone is bar hopping to get girls. Some people, me included, do not enjoy it. The fun and adventure that I am looking for in Angeles happens on top of my bed, in the shower, and anyplace else in my hotel room where I can station myself into a coital position that gets good traction. Besides, drinking just numbs things. I can do all the drinking I want to at home. No need to go to the PI to do that. Now maybe you non-Koreans don't have the inside track on pulling swaths of girls out of the bars but it is possible and that possibility can be explored.

Ask someone at the hotel if they can help you. You may have to ask several people before you get results. Try to introduce incentives into the arrangement that further the ends that you want. Doubtless your intermediary will try to inflate the cost of the girls and keep the difference. Read the forum to familiarize yourself with the market. Don't pay until you are finished with the girl and get what you bargained for. Massage girls may be more open to the arrangement you are looking for.
