The whole area around Wuhan is quarrantined, most international airlines are discontinuing service to and from China for the foreseeable future (Delta Airline says they will not reoen service until at least the end of April), the New Years holiday has been extended to minimize people to people contact. I am not currently in China but my friends there are very scared and tell me that many public places are almost like ghost towns.
