Does a Gringo in Sosua Really Matter to Dominicanas Outside of the Area?
You always see guys say not to tell chicks you are in Sosua, but my experience says that it doesn't fucking matter. I used to have a girl in Puerto Plata who would always give me shit because all the hookers are here but other than her nobody has really seemed to care. Here are a couple of conversations I have had in the last few minutes with non-pros in Santo Domingo. The first one works at the capitol building in Santo Domingo (showed me pictures of her with the president). I had not met her before the trip. The second one is a student in Santo Domingo and I had already had prior relations with her before this trip:

If you don't know Spanish then run it through dictionary.com or something. I was in the midst of talking to another girl I met last time I was in Santiago telling her I was in Sosua. It didn't seem to phase her either, but then her internet cut off so I didn't finish. But the first girl was just saying that Sosua is far. I invited her to come but she said she had to work until Friday. She said she would come visit me when I arrived in Santo Domingo but couldn't stay all night because she would have to get back home with her son.
The second girl mentioned Sosua as being a "tourist place". I told her that in the day there is the beach and at night there is a lot of partying going on. I explicitly told her that there are many prostitutes. She asked me if I liked that and I told her that it didn't phase me and asked her what she thought. She said she didn't know; she only knew that I liked the beach so that is cool. I didn't get to see her last time I was in Santo Domingo but everyday she continues to ask me when I am coming back to see her. Again, NO MONEY from me for these women. In conclusion I think it is pretty much safe to tell a Dominicana that you are in Sosua and there will be no adverse reactions. Again, sometimes us mongers get caught up in our own world and we think that people outside of our circles see us or the places we go as dubious. My experience tell me that that is not the case at all.

You just said you got off video chat with her. You can call her through Skype. You can send email. Most of the chicks I talk to who live in different countries I talk to them through msn messenger, yahoo messenger, or whats app, all of which are on my smart phone (and they have it on their whackberries and what not). So even though I or they may not be near a computer we are still always communicating and nobody has spent shit. I have never needed to send money to anyone to communicate with them. That is ridiculous to say the least. If you want to send the girl some money then send it. But don't try to justify it saying that it is so she can keep the communication lines open. She never asked me for money, she's new, she's a NON-Pro, blah blah blah!) Mr W, told a great impelling story. Well Mr Enternational, I have a chica I met in Sosua, I've posted about Josefina several times, Listen closely, she's never, ever untill this day. 2 years and counting, haven't asked for a single peso!
But let me state this, i'm gunna break her off. Mr e 'i can't wait to open my wallet to her. I am doing this cause' i want to' period, 'no smoke and mirrors', 'no special effects! ', i am breaking her off, cause i want to. Period. I won't make up some bullshit reason, i want to take care of her. Period. And when i break you and mr gogo, in that '500 peso dice game' i'm going to give that to mi '2 day esposa'.
