But FKK-Luderland in Leverkusen isn't too terribly far away, and it has similar services in a better facility. So for those in Bonn or Cologne it's an alternative closer than other RTC's.

To answer my own question, Annabella was closed. I didn't bother with FKK Airport, M-Exclusiv in Buldern is open, and I didn't bother with M-Exclusiv in Munster!

I have had a chance to revisit Arabella over this past week.
