Both Logic and situational awareness are not strong suits here. This lack of competitive business practice is really, really common. But then again, there are so many tourists who just bumble into the first place they see (or feel comfortable in) and accept whatever the price is. Sky and Snowwhite are still "down" with an "Under construction" message. They have the same provider (in Florida!), even share the same IP address. I doubt Police or Army could force these websites to go down against their will.

Bongkot has a Thai IP and provider and gives a "403 forbidden" errror which looks more serious. That site seems really down.
