I will probably rent a car. I never in a million years thought I would try and drive in the DR, but once you do it a few times, it's only a slight nightmare, LOL.
Thank You guys. I really appreciate your responses. I am sorry, I am new in this game and somewhat stupid for not using my common sense. I was thinking that owning a car will be a better choice then renting.
Just one more advise, Since I have already made the booking for March 9th to SD, where should I go for mongering. Should I rent a car and drive to Sousa or look for action in SD. Any of my Monger brothers will be in DR during next weekend?

It is a bit of a trek from SDQ to Sosua. Literally the other side of the island. If you're only around for a few days, you should probably just head to Boca Chica. Given your recent posts, I wouldn't recommend Santo Domingo. But Boca China and Sosua are hard to mess up. It is like shooting fish in a barrel. And then you wouldn't need to rent a car either. Just taxi to BC and everything is walkable from there. No risk that you are in an accident or the car is stolen or. Anything can happen, man.

I was looking up on map and SOS is 3 hours drive from SD. Will keep up in Boca chica or try to change my ticket for POP.

The touts in Boca Chica will eat a newbie alive. The buses run multiple times per day and are like tour buses with air condition (think of the Mega Bus here in the US).

Think about it: $40 US for multiple dimes (US slang for a perfect 10 or an above average woman)? Or giving $100-$200 plus gifts to just one damn chica?

Yes, you don't pay up front. But when it comes to handling a request for a propina all you need to do is learn the Spanish word for no and have a set big enough to say it and mean it (hold frame). Even if you want to give a propina 100 DOP will buy lunch. Now you may not know where to buy lunch for 100 DOP, but I do and she does too. Pass me the hooka!

When they say motoconcho, I say motoconcho aqui and again point to the pesos, if they say comida (food), I say comida aqui. One time even the chicas, girlfriend had to laugh at here because she asked me for more money for tip, food, motoconcho, and her DANG kids! Everytime I responded. Aqui.
