I can quickly tell a girls attitude about my money after one night. I will let her pick the place to eat or drink, if she picks something that costs more than 150bt for 2 (not including drinks) I know she will want to spend my money and try get the most out of me. Firstly, the girl, is she fresh meat or is she "experienced in her trade".

Fresh meat will often charge standard or under going rate as they know no better, they will be "cheap to run" if long terming them as they know no different. The difference could be much more than that in most cases (that is, if people would not pay much more than the real market value), but anyway, with 200$ (that's approximately 6000 baht), you can do many things in Thailand, especially outside the tourist-oriented venues.

Where I live (Northeastern Thailand), I can have 20 ST sessions on premises with young and pretty girls at several local brothels (actually, between 10 and 12 as I often tip them or give them an incentive for some extras, such as anal, for instance) for this amount. You can fuck about the same quantify of streetwalkers (usually older and much less attractive than my brothel-based cuties, though) in the Chinatown district of Bangkok.
