Although assessing a commodity is a good idea, rating a sex experience is different in the sense that a face that I would rate 8 may be a 5 for someone else. Likewise, the chemistry with the a girl may be poles apart for two different punters.

And even in the case of factors that might, but only might, lend themselves to something more quantifiable in terms of a rating, like "skills" rather than "beauty", don't we need to first establish what kind of blowjob and / or full service rates a 10 vs what kind rates a 1? I read some guys pooh-poohing the idea that CIM+Swallow or BBFS is necessary to be among the features of even a memorable GFE or PSE re those activities. Which is proof positive that one man's 10 might truly be another man's 1 even when we're talking about something somewhat more technical rather than based solely on personal opinion.

In fact, when you look at the forum areas that have lots of SE Asian guys posting; they all rate with numbers. All I think we should try to do is recognise that Goatscrot rates a girl for special skills and I rate a girl on completely different Criteria.
