I avoid flour tortillas (white flour the worse thing for anyone ever since ancient Egyptians invented it) and only eat corn (more fiber).

Also I avoid sugary drinks and high fructose corn syrup (worst permutation of sugar). I mainly drink unsweetened ice tea, Coke Energy Zeros and occasional diet soda.

Went to HK Friday. A lot dudes, not a lot woman like a normal Friday. Wednesday was the lingerie contest and there must been 300 woman at around 10 pm. So maybe some took Friday off.
