Cuddle is probably not an issue. Some girls demand extra for kissing, but you can negotiate. If you are not too particular about looks, that should not be an issue I have seen guys in wheel chairs and also amputated limbs. I believe Mainhattan is more friendly than all clubs because even in Sharks you will be limited to the down floor not to mention the distance to go there. Mainhattan has also better places to relax while sitting in your wheel chair.
Regarding the girls and the service it depends, some are not nice with disabled people some are even more friendly and take care. Just ask what you want before and you will have no problem I am sure you will find the right girl.
For Friday morning truth is that you have more chances in Sharks. Around mid day would be OK, otherwise wait for 1-2 hours more and go to Mainhattan. In Palace there is nothing moving before 7-8 pm anyway.

Never had a dildo up my ass, so that's a blank. However, occasionally (not very often) the girls will without my request / permission start prostate stimulation with her finger during a BJ. In the early days at clubs like Oase/Palace extra payment was never requested and thus I never paid extra or tipped (even in 50 E sessions).

I've never had to ask before if this was an extra. It's all part and parcel of the BDSM experience. I agree with Shark 16 - just part of the deal I was already paying for. When you request BDSM and since you apparently agreed on 50 E as an extra for it, how was the request for BDSM made? Was it as stated, I. E. "I want BDSM"? Or did the request include specific sex acts that you wanted to be done to you by her and vice versa? I am not sure if a dildo up the guy's ass could be included in the BDSM category. If so, you could simply claim you are already paying for it.
But anything outside the very basic suck and fuck is to be negotiated prior to the act. The receptionist even includes that much in her pricing instructions to first time guests.
