Ranong hardly makes the news here on the board. Every so often I manage a short time at one of the brothels here. Burmese 20 year olds for 500 baht. (My GFE is 23 and costs 400 because she is deaf or maybe because she is old) Made the rounds a couple of times in the last few days and nothing to be seen but padlocks on the doors. 10 or 12 doors. Not hard to guess but does anybody know what's up?

I can only attempt to add a little to that. A main soi running north to south that connects the central city area with the working area is called Saphan Pla.
About 5 blocks west of Saphan Pla is the RLD.
I've never seen Thai providers in Ranong. But maybe up in the city center area there might be as there are bars there. I never went looking though because the Burma babes were the easiest path to relief. I hope it's a temporary closure.

I will be curious to know the situation about saphan plaa itself, where it s more karaoke, but burmese style. The problem with soi 3 it s all the girls are illegals with bad story behind. So it s easy to closed such kind of place. Yes crazythai believe me there is one thai brothel in ranong. But really well hide and not under public exposure. Quality is also excellent but girls are a bit more older. Price was 500 baths. (I always paid 400 for burmese in soi 3) I hope also it will be just a temporary closure. Hello, this will be my first post on this site.
I want to know where to go in Sukhothai for all sorts of "nightlife". I now live and work in Sukhothai so it is difficult to ask the locals where to go when I'm so well known. Tht is where I need your help.
I read 'that assholes' thread about Sukhothai and loved it but although he says he doesn't add a map as Sukhothai is only a small town I spent the best part of an hour looking for a place called 'Po Mo' and I live here. I know he says its difficult to see and the post was made 4 years ago, has anyone got any new knowledge of the area.
I'm well aware of Pitsanulok and love it but I'm looking for a local rub.
Buddy Karaoke is still going but I refuse to enter there after the head waiter treated me and a few of my friends like s#t when we entered there very early and sober.

Occassionally I have reason to go to Sa Kaeow and Aranyapathet. Can anyone direct me to local bordellos or other houses of pleasure in or around those towns?
No, I won't cross the border to Cambodia at Aranyapathet. My preference is young local girls (of legal age).

For aranya prathet cross the border. Poipet used to be a brothel town at least until 2008 date of my last visit. ; in Aran itself, I never find real brothel, just Karaoke. Two are located around Aran 1.

No worries about the local plod, they know about it already.
Not worth the hassle of a trip to Ranong just now; there is not a lot going on at the moment. A few places are open but the quality is terrible, all the girls I have seen are big and ugly, max 5/10 for looks. I've been here a few days and haven't bothered wasting my baht on any of the meat currently available.
A modest strip of farang-oriented short-time bars. Reports from a year or 2 back say 300 + 700 to go upstairs, but I found everyone holding firm at 300 + 1000 despite not many customers. The girls are mostly veterans.

Recently spend 2 nights (and a day at the beach) with a petite cute lady bartender. Gave her 3000 Bt but she said 2 was enough, if I came back soon.
