SP offers a combination of 1+2 with places like Bamboa, Cafe Photo. They are on the expensive end (obviously you have to forget the Thai price standards in Brazil, and recently it seems prices are going up, but the girls are outstanding and nearly all provide GFE. Three holers are also quite common in the market, just ask of they are "completa". BBBJ are also quite usual.
Suggest to RTFF for prices and reports, so you can form a better idea.
I not familiar with point 3) , but whilst in cities like BKK it is easy to find girls with normal jobs ready to round up incomes with some evenings out, it is not so obvious in SP.
