By high end I assume you mean an emphasis on the girls? You may be best off with Delivery Health, which technically is focused on BJ anyways. You have the widest choice in girls. That's why we are highlighting shops that are friendly to English speakers, whether oppai pubs, soapland, or delivery health. Chinese and Korean are welcomed at most of the places that take English. At Luxe, half their staff were native English speakers. About 2 years of Japanese is where I gained a lot of benefit, it was a lot of fun and I went Japan 20 times. The distance to your hotel doesn't matter at all. You just need to know if your hotel allows guests. It will be obvious when you check in and try to go to your room. As for refusing the girl, it just really depends on the shop. I look at the situation totally backwards, I only use a shop that is good and sends girls that match their pic. About photos, for example at KK soapland the girl is always the same as her pic but they take the photo at a good angle. But I don't mind, I will judge her by her service anyways. At that time I had taken 3 years of HS Chinese and about 2 years Japanese. 1-3 years of either language goes a really long way if you get creative. And Hiragana, Katakana, some Kanji alone will take you far. It will even help you learn Japanese without even meaning to, like when you're on the train trying to see which station it is and how many stops to where you're going. I memorized a ton of stations this way, and started noticing certain words and phrases repeating on signs that I now know. This is a great summary of the pros and cons. No need to fly to Japan if you are closer to Dubai or dislike working around the language barrier. I've skimmed their other guides and they cover things in good detail. I've been thinking on a simpler explanation of Japanese law about paying for sex with "unspecified persons".
