Most ISG member get around AC on Jeepney 12 peso or trike 50 peso on short trip, if you want to hire a ABC private car it will cost you alot of money, I am not sure where do you want to go in AC there are not many place of interest you can walk to the SM mall and the casino, ABC is a nice hotel the best and the most expensive in AC right now.

I should qualify that my observations are mostly about guys going out with obviously paid dates, not normal and healthy dates.

As of last week from my trip. There is a raid at least once a week. Nemesis and Geniese most recent. Raymond Street shut down one place open for drinks.

Santos street few ladies, only one or two, only take out. Perimeter Road Matric etc closed. The big bars are open but the place has a different feel.

I don't know what time of the day you went to Santos St, but the only time I ever seen only 1 or 2 girls in the more popular bars was in the early morning hours and I walked by there almost every day, at least twice, for over two weeks. During their peak hours, late afternoon to evening, they were fully staffed with some of the bars there having 8 to 15 girls.

I didn't notice that much of a difference in the "feel" from my previous visits, but most places were being more cautious when it came to bar fines. Some days the bars were rockin' and some days they weren't; IMHO it mainly depends on the crowd that's there.
