I'm assuming you are coming into KLIA, which is way down south in a Oil Palm plantation. Its an non-urban area. But, the express train ride is a pleasant ride, just under half an hour, and shouldn't be an obstacle. I've made it round-trip, twice. Getting across town to a mongering location could be an equally time consuming task. Unfortunately, this isn't like Frankfurt, where the airport trains takes you to the Hauptbahnhof, just blocks away from a few, large Laufhauses.

In the unlikely event you have your layover near Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, which is the older airport now serviced by budget regional carriers, its a different story. You are 15 minutes cab ride from Kota Damansara.

That said, if you are going onto another destination with good mongering options and more free time, you might pass on this opportunity. However, it this trip would otherwise be a "dry run", then I'd say you should definitely go for it.

Most women, at least in my age bracket, are dramatically unattractive, and many are huge. Last night, I saw a women claiming to be in her early 30's and with a striking almost unreal body and pretty face accompanied by photos with other attractive women and one photo with an older women that may be her mother. Usually, I don't bother as they don't respond to me but I was feeling generous and contacted her via the Tinder site. In this case, her Tinder bio claimed to be 9,000 miles away. I am still writing her this morning to see where this scam leads. She says she is originally from the Bronx and moved to California when she was 17 yo. Yada, yada, yada.

The women does correspond in correct colloquial English but her photos are so spectacular, it suggests she is a constructed bot. Nevertheless, it seems to be quite a well constructed fleece what with the other familial and friends photos. I was just wondering if this girls story on Tinder is legit. As it turns out, she claims she is from a suburb within my home town, which she mentioned early in our correspondence but I missed reading on my phone. That prob explains why she contacted me to begin with. However, I am not clear about her reasons for being in KL in the first place and only for a week. She mentioned something about winning a private auction but not sure what she means though she said her reason for being there is business. Sometimes in the states, non profits put on charity events where vacation / holiday trips are auctioned in something called silent auctions.
