I will be going to Kiev on a business trip for a week, what would be the most luxury hotel to stay for mongering?

I used to stay in Kiev about 10 years ago and I had many escorts. At that time you could just pick up a revue in a restaurant and there were plenty of escort ads in it. When they stay longer than their Visa allows them, that's not such a big legal problem. But working illegally here is a big problem for the employer and employee. The young lady might seek work in a student restaurant and doing some free lance extra work as prostitute.

The employer risks in Germany a fine up to 300.000 Euro and up to 3 years in prison. The employee will sent back to her home country and is blacklisted for any later return. At least she should work as an officially listed freelancer, but very few ladies do this. At least she should apply for a working permit for working in a restaurant, it should be granted to her. I don't think that spending more money with GIA provide you a better service. So many escort girls agree to come from 600-1000 UAH for 1 hour, what is the reason to pay 3 times more. Since girls get only 40 or 50% of the money they're not motivated to provide good services. It's hit or miss. Some of the bedroom community districts are still without hot water but I suppose no monger will be staying way out there.

As for the heat, that will not be turned on until the average daily temperature reaches 8 degrees Celsius or 46 degrees F for three consecutive days. Even then, rooms will be heated to an average temperature of 18 degrees Celsius or 64 degrees F or less depending on where you live and what exposure your apartment has and what weatherproofing there is. All this has been mandated by the city government and the city energy company so the only alternative if your apartment is cold would be to ask for a space heater.

There will likely be lots of electrical outages and / or fires due to a combination of overworked space heaters and Soviet-era wiring still in most homes that is not up to today's standards.

For those of you planning ahead, the country may run out of gas and other fuels to heat homes and businesses by late January unless they come to some agreement with Russia and get much more gas. That is when the daily temperatures are at their coldest and nothing may help warm apartments.

Until then, I suggest all activities in the apartment be under the covers!
