Normally a spa opens for 8-12 hours and if they open all 30 days in a month and if CCTV records last 30 days. They have total 4320 Hours (12 hours multiplied by 30 days multiplied by 12 spas) of video to watch. So, if one person looks into the footage completely and investigate and considering he is working 8 hours per day, it will take 540 working days (4320 hours of video divided by 8 hours) to finish watching it completely, which is more than a year. I am sure, they might not even watch completely or may be watch fast forward and look for some suspicious activity. Not sure what they are going to do with it. Also, If you combine all 10-12 spas they have raid, I am sure there will be 1000-2000 customer's digit. Again, Not sure what they are going to do with all those digits. May be track those number in future which is close to impossible (tracking 2 k digits).

CCTV evidence is not acceptable in court of law until and unless there is a approver available for the case. Also it cannot stick to what could have happenned in the room, it is circumstantial until and unless your semen is found a positive swab inside of the masseuse vagina. Else there is no case.

Section 177 IPC cannot be FIR's on circumstantial evidence.

LE has fucked up spa scene totally in the city. I like having genuine massages once in a while. Any spas operational right now and recommended, Hyderabad or Max Banjara side. All of the ones, I was using are closed.

Told them I was in Mumbai, luckily I have moved to Mumbai so, at least they can't knock on my doors, and call records don't prove anything. SI made sure that I wasn't living in Hyderabad and then cut the call. Keep a lawyer ready, more likely to get summons and shit. This LE shit is crazy, thank god I am not in Hyderabad. Was much peaceful, when I was in Hyderabad a year ago. Still not sure how they got my number and why they were calling me now.

1) I have separate number and mobile for monger activities.

2) Never took any membership packages.

3) Avoided giving the mong number after my first visit. (in the paper they make us signs).

4) All payments via cash.

I am still worried about the CCTV shit. When did you move? Did you take those packages or gave mobile number in session sheet?
