Low cost. Most of the buildings are getting upgraded with tiles and better facilities like cots and ac, they started charging 3200. Even buildings who didn't upgrade are asking as close as 2700. The benefit in this segment is with additional 500 you can do dance+shot, but you have to commit upfront the deal else you have to pay extra.

Midrange. Buildings like gangajamuna, Ganesh bhavan etc. They have fixed the price at 3200 with little better facility and good collection of girls. With 1000 extra you can get a deal for dance+shot.

Premium side. Most of the famous buildings like NL, 12, KP etc have hiked the price to 4200 with few select girls with in them goes for 5300. There is no special discount for dance+shot, it is simple arithmetic of 2 x. Some girls deserves this price while almost 75% of the girls I feel they are simply overcharging. I have been a great fan of bldg 12 but last two trips simply avoiding because of unjustified price of most of the girls. The better buildings these days is KP which has good collection.

Regular buildings like bharat bari, sangam etc are still 3200, you may get a better deal if you bargain for dance+shot.

Super premium. Nothing new here, they still charge 5300, they may increase the price soon looking at other buildings. Rupashree doesn't deserve the price tag, some may like it as it has girls with big assets. Manisha of 20 a and twinkle of 19 still favorites here, they are doing brisk business.

New buildings. Star Angels (3200 for st), you get a deal for dance+shot if you bargain.
