Well, there is no special place to find such a girl. Just spot a girl looking friendly and not pushy. Most girls become GF from the second night with them, the others begin to see you as someone to get more money from. You need to be able to distinguish between the two.

I would avoid Phuket as a monger destination. Unless this is something you do after your sightseeing, scuba diving, snorkelling or beach fun.
Almost all the girls are old or ugly on bangla road. But I had fantastic sex with a 27 year old slightly overweight girl for 1500 Baht all night. Do not expect to see any teeny boppers. For that you go to the beach and look at the tourists.
I did not go to christin massage. What I heard was they have beautifull teen girls. It is not my cup of tea to partake in short time release.
I stayed at Lawan residence for 1000 Baht a night. Nice place run by a fellow American. Nice clean room and nice furnishings. Phuket is not the ideal mongering location in Thailand and I wouldnt go there for mongering only but if you are there for other activities and if you have patience you will find good lookers in Bangla road but they are more expensive and sometimes might be inexperienced (only working for a month or two)
Avoid Christin and save the money for the similar institutes in Bangkok.

Yes the set up is about what you had described as it was an old movie house before being turned to what it is now - except that the bull pen is off to your left and not the right.
The couches in front of the stage is for guys who wants to watch the shows, to party with friends - and the gals that they had previously chosen from the bull pen - and/or after the deed to sit around. There are also private rooms (with different, quite high minimum charges) where the Mommies will bring a line up to (but also sourced originally from the bull pen).
If you're so easily intimidated, why don't you just go up to bar stools in the area next to the bull pen, sit yourself down and very soon a waiter will come and take your order for drinks. Then a captain and/or a mommy will come up to you - and you just idle chit chat with them, perhaps commenting on what you see in the bull pen. RECONFIRM with her the various charges for the gals - and let me tell you, it does go up and down depending on how much a sucker they size you up as being! And if they quote you some ridiculous price (they will!!) you just laugh and tell them that the last time it was only 1,800 - what - you got all virgins now? Or some such inoffensive and humourous - but nonetheless setting YOUR parameters - retort. And please note, the charges INCLUDES the hotel room the gal will trot you off to next door. Nurse your drink and look up and down the bull pen... and look again and when you've made your choice, ask the gal to come over. And unless you're the type of guy who has to at least have a bit of romance and a getting to know you rigamarole etc - then do NOT buy her a drink! These gal drinks are more expensive than the plonk you and I usually have when out screwing around - although they definitely are just as crappy!
Tell the Momma/waiter that you're now leaving - checkbill please - and please look at the bill and make sure there ain't any wrong charges and the price for the gal is exactly what you had already established with the Momma previously - pay the bill, and then take the gal in your arm. she'll do the leading and walk you to the hotel room and.... errrrr.. do I need to go on?

And oh BTW - from what I learned from my business contact in Phuket as well as chatting with some of the gals I was with - practically ALL the gals at Fantasia ARE available, even some of the "Real Artistes" performing the shows (not the bull pen gals getting up on stage and doing whatever) - and its just a matter of asking the Mommy and negotiating a price.
Those that are NOT for sale, you can still arrange to have a drink or chit chat with - and in fact, a friend of mine started just doing so and after a few more attendance at Fantasia, watching her perform, then going to supper with her, out dancing etc etc - you know, the regular courtship thing - well, he managed to bed her and actually kept her for a while.

Gettting to Fantasia is very easy. Follow the highway from the airport to Phuket town. Just stay on it as you enter the city. Ahead, you'll see the blue neon lights of "Phuket Town Inn". As you pass it, there's a traffic light a the end of the block. Go straight one block to the next light and turn left. Fantasia is at the end of the street on your right.
I went Tuesday night, around 9:30pm. This time walked in and to the left-hand side bullpen. I was immediately intercepted by a mamasna and ordered a beer while I scanned the girls. The pickings were slim. 5 to 7s. I picked a 7 face named Enna. Mamasan said it's 3900 short time, 4900 long time. That's to S. E. Joe, I told her why so much this time? When I came in August it was 1900 short time. She smiled and said oh, you been here before? Ok 1900 same same. The show starts at 10pm, so you can drop that hint too that you've been before. Paid my tab, followed my gal out the right-hand side door into the parking lot and then around back to the Pearl hotel. What a dump, but's it's clean and included in the price. The hotel is Sea Sun Sand Resort on Bangla Rd. Warnings are apparently going out in all directions so the name will probably change at some time. So beware and maybe have a back up plan mine is to ring friends at home to Western Union me money if requiered.

I am still unsure about venue but still find Salathai looks good - pool nice rooms only 5 mins from beach and 5 mins from Bangla and it is reported to be g/f

And also, how come you retorted THB1,900 - I thought I told you 1,800? In fact - anybody here know WHAT EXACTLY IS THE ROCK BOTTOM PRICE At Fantasia?? I rather suspect that even my 1,800 is NOT the rock bottom price.
Also, for Fantasia regulars - I've had the best selection - quantity (over 50) and quality (up to solid 8's) - when I came on Sunday evening at 9 pm. Anybody know if there are other goood times there?
But then again - somebody told me that if it is money and gals - small money you get small girls, big money you get big girls. Hmmm I wonder what he means by that?? Oh well.....

Going to Salathai. Has good write ups here and on Sawadee. Not too bad at 2650THB and next road down from Bangla.
Just got back from Patong. I stayed at the Lawan Residence. It is a nice place. It has a separate side entrance to the rooms. It is very guest friendly. The owner will even offer suggestions. Close to Bangla.
I have choosen the Patong Beach Hotel for my next trip in April. Is this Hotel guest friendly - A other Hotel on my list is the Ban Thai. Which one is better?
Have searched the forum but do not find any information on special airport transfer services.
Would like to arrange pick-up for our group of 3 guys in Limousine (or similar) including girls/drinks. Any such service available?

Hye Tokyo - so..... where's the report/pix etc?
Also, I now know from my favorite Mommy at Fantasia that some of the gals on the show (she'll point them out for me) will do the dirty with me - starting from for THB2,100.
